The young guy at Step 2 in the ER got super mad at me for not having my health card renewed (sorry for not having time for that), had too much attitude and also threatened to charge me too. Then doing the renewal form he said "you know what, you're gonna do this yourself" when I know damn well they can turn in the forms for patients! Terrible experience

The medical service is good, but the administrative stuff is so bad. Work so slow and slippy. You spend more time to fill the papers instead to get a medical service.
Just if they will work a bit faster, it will save a ton of patients' time.

Best place in the city to get infected with SARS. They take no effective airborne infection precautions. Staff always off sick. Broken oaths to do no harm litter the place. ER wait time estimates shown to be politically corrupted & wildly inaccurate.

Worst hospital to go to if u need help right away. I went there because I have a deviated septum and I need surgery.Because of there neglect to get me in for surgery right away I now suffer mental health issues and I feel its difficult to deal with everyday life. I feel my life slipping away because of the neglect of this hospital .I have been living in my car because I feel like I can't breathe at home.My anxiety is so bad that I can't even focus or or be around anymore. I feel that this hospital is the cause of my mental illness that I'm going through because if I had the care i needed right away I wouldn't be going through this.

Staff was garbage. Missed pills. Had to tell them to empty her pee bag, didn't give her proper medication - and she died because of their care.

If you asked me any of the half dozen other times I was in the emergency room, the most I could have given was 2, 3 stars. But last night my nurse Nashana was the nicest woman I have ever interacted with in any medical field. You were very attentive and kind, and lighthearted which helped me cope with my my tough situation. Thank you for the help you gave me, and for helping my girlfriend in the middle of it too.

Shameful that they are taking parking away from staff and family. If I worked there, I would leave. Cobiquid has on-site parking for regular staff, and they don't have to move for doctors and exec. I'm sure the new doctors lounge will be nice for them, though.

Phenomenal experience here and with EHS! I was treated with total respect, my issue was explained to me in terms I understood. Yes, wait time sucked, I wasn't the only "customer", so waiting was understandable. The men and women working here pure class. Thank you so much for the job you all do!
