Dan Breton the dental hygienist was superb.
Last year another hygienist hurt me in 3 separate consecutive visits while cleaning my teeth.
Mr Breton thoroughly examined and analyzed my dental condition in preparation for the cleaning.
He took the time to explain his findings and gently and painlessly descaled, removed the tartar and polished my teeth.
He was very polite and respectful of my concerns.
At the end of the session he made hygiene and future care recommendations and gave me a new toothbrush.
I felt very satisfied with my treatment and will return for regular scheduled treatments.
In my opinion, he is a treasure and his exemplary service and skills are a great asset to the Bracebridge Dental Care team.

Bracebridge dental care was fantastic I’ve only had an initial visit to assess some issues and become a new patient but so far wonderful service very thorough they explained everything to me and showed me diagrams where the issues are , so much more in depth than any other dental office I’ve been to. clean office , friendly, helpful staff 10/10

The actual dental work is good but the cancellation policy here is terrible. They aren’t really very understanding about inclement weather for those who drive in. They did not sound understanding at all when I called and said if I was late I couldn’t keep my appointment and they would charge anyway…in a complete blizzard. The dental hygienist that cleans my teeth is so friendly and really good. She was fantastic. Love my hygienist and have been going here for years but am considering switching to another closer to me soon because of the lack of any flexibility.

Always a pleasant visit. I was there for teeth cleaning and a dentist visit. The hygienist (sorry, I have forgotten her name) was friendly and thorough. Dr. Yokich is very efficient.

Can't say enough good things about Bracebridge Dental care, Staff and Dr. Mousavi were fantastic. This was my first visit, I came in due to an ongoing pain with one of my teeth. I have extreme anxiety when it comes to the dentist and often feel insecure because of this. Dr.Mousavi listened to me and was very patient. He went over my options and never pressured me on which one to choose. I chose extraction and He ended up extracting 2 of my teeth but before he did, he fully explained the whole process to me. During the procedure he coached me along as he could tell I was anxious. He also would let me know exactly what sounds to expect, Where I might feel pressure, to reassure me during the procedure. I have tried numerous dental clinics over the years and I've never had such a great experience. The whole staff was very welcoming and kind. I don't think anyone loves going to the dentist, but it does put me more at ease knowing that moving forward when I go, I will be in the care of Dr.Mousavi and staff who I am extremely grateful to.

I cannot say enough positive things about the team at BDC. I have hypersensitive teeth and have been dreading every teeth cleaning for the last 20 years (in Toronto), because I never felt truly respected and understood with my condition. Every cleaning was accompanied by pain.
It was only here at Bracebridge Dental Care that I learned that going to the dentist and dental hygienist can be enjoyable. Maddie is very gentle and understanding, and Dr. Yokich always listens to my concerns and explains everything in detail. I am beyond relieved I have found this clinic.

Today I had a 6 month clean and polish done. The staff was lovely, kind and talented. I would not hesitate to choose this office for all my dental needs.
