From the start, our experience has been more than what we anticipated. Kevin Banks has been not only professional, but attentive from quote to installation. He spent so much time with me explaining the process, products and why or why not my idea would work or not. If if it didn't, he made suggestions to either improve on that idea or suggested something else entirely which was even better. The team, Ben, Mark and Abbott were polite, caring and worked their butts off to get the install done right. Ben stayed late on 2 occasions to make sure the install was safe so that we weren't left hanging. We are so happy with this install team and Kevin, we have already begun talks with them about lining up our next project with them.

Our experience working with CLERA was extremely positive. During the estimate phase, Kevin was very quick to schedule a visit and provide a comprehensive assessment of solutions for our 2 patio doors and windows. We worked together to find the best solution to fit our budget, which made the process very enjoyable.

Throughout the manufacturing process Kevin also provided updates on the manufacturing status and also possible installation appointments. The clarity was greatly appreciated.

Once the windows and doors were ready to install, Ben and Abbott were able to complete the installation within a day, a very friendly and extremely competent team and we felt that we were in very good hands. They were open and communicated with us directly the let us know when they would expect the arrive.

The windows and doors are wonderful, our home feels instantly warmer the they look great. We would highly recommend CLERA, Kevin, Ben and Abbott to anyone looking to upgrade their windows and doors.

When we first looked into Clera, Kevin came within a few days, provided us with information and a quote. This process was great and quick. We were looking at about an 8 week turnaround for installation, also good for us. We did however have to be rescheduled a few times from our original installation date, due to other jobs not going as planned. Once installation began, Ben and his crew worked quickly and efficiently to get the new windows in. Installation was late November 2024. It’s a hard time to install as it gets dark so quickly, leaving a shortened day for working and even with the best effort being made to clean up, lots of debris was left on the second day (glass and nails in the driveway). It took three days to complete the project, but even before the ‘cosmetic’ side of things were complete, we could tell the difference in how the heat was being retained in the house. On day three Ben was back to complete all the details and ensured a throughout cleanup of the outside of the house and a walk through of the project to answer any questions. Overall we would recommend Clera based on product and their effort to ensure a good experience when things impacted our install. Communication was good and pricing was competitive. Ben and his crew worked quickly and efficiently.

Needed a bay window replaced in my rental home and contacted these guys around mid July in an effort to have the window replaced by the time the cold weather hit. Spoke to a guy by the name of John who gave me an estimate but said he would stop in to measure in order to give me a more accurate quote. I last heard from him on August 3rd when he advised me that he had not found the time to come by to measure, it is now December 1st and there has been nothing but silence since. I do not recommend these guys at all!
