I changed my home security system from Rogers. For the same price I am receiving much higher quality gear and service. Customer service is very pleasant and easy to work with. I even had to keep rescheduling my installation and they were very accommodating. Hardeep, the install technician, was fantastic! He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. Everything was explained and shown to me before his departure. Now I see why there was so much positive feedback. Thank you very much.

I am very satisfied with that company. Started with Katie who was very helpful when setup the dill on the phone. Rabah the installer was very knowledgeable (hide a electric wire behind the wall) You don't see too often. Also the installation was very professional. Setup the system he explain everything patiently. Also I don't think you able to find e better dill any other company.

Did a ton of research and decided on Canadian Security Professionals. Great pre-sales service by Curtis. Answered all my detailed questions clearly and was personable and professional.

Hardeep did a great job with installation. Fast, friendly and professional. Explained the system to us and answered all our questions.

We needed to add some additional hardware and another installation and Adrian was also fantastic in making the arrangements for us, even over the weekend.

Will update this review once we've had the system for a longer period of time but very happy so far.

Very easy to deal with. Both Curtis in sales and Hardeep the installer were professional, extremely knowledgeable and there was no upselling like the big companies. Of additional note I had an appointment to attend after the install and Hardeep was extremely efficient and timely to get me out on time and he still took the time to show me all I needed.
