Waited for an hour for the place to open and then they tell us that the clinic isn’t going to have a doctor today and they knew this yesterday. I don’t know but common sense would be to let people know with some type of signage on your front door (which right now it states, opens at 10am daily).. Or be sure about the information the pharmacy is relaying to your patients.. absolutely disgusting. If you know a doctor will not be in take 5 seconds to print a sign that lets people know so we can go find care somewhere else.

This clinic NEVER answers their phone. I have called dozens of times on numerous occasions and have not gotten through.
THEY HAVE MY CONTACT PHONE NUMBER WRONG - an X-Ray clinic is the one who had to inform me of this AND send the clinic a fax to tell them they had my phone number wrong since neither the x ray clinic or I could get a hold of this walk in clinic via phone. You provide healthcare, at the very least you should have a voicemail system.

The doctor was unbelievably rude - essentially told me it was not his job to follow up with me if I had a family doctor.

Because of this issue, I have not gotten calls for my results and the x-ray clinic was only able to get in contact with me because I CALLED THEM AND THEY ANSWERED THEIR PHONE.

My family doctor is not in brantford, because I am here temporarily caring for a family member who is terminally ill. Nice inconsiderate and insensitive bedside manner from the doctor.

In addition, I have every right to access a clinic as a Canadian citizen who pays taxes. A clinic doctor should never imply it is not their job to care for a patient they are currently in an exam room with.

The women who work the front desk are rude and insufferable. Instead of being courteous and helpful, you get to listen to them compare their ozempic experiences, gossip about their friends, or talk about their poorly done hair extensions. No one ever answers the phones, referrals are not sent in a timely manner or at all in some cases, and both doctors rush their patients because there are so many of us for them to get through. I would recommend seeing a veterinarian or even a vet’s assistant, over this clinic. You’ll get a better diagnosis that way and probably more humane treatment.

Admin staff was great. But the doctor I met with was absolutely horrible. Dr. Hussein. He did not let me tell him the reason I came to visit. He was about to waste my time and travel costs. On top of it, he would of got paid for my visit. This was my first visit and I do not recommend anyone going here.

walk-ins be aware of insane amount of wait (2/3+hrs) and attitude from the front desk ladies. Possible if they don’t like you for some reason you will be put in last to see doctor (happened to me). This clinic needs to treat people with respect and kindness. Finally work on time for walk-ins it’s really bad in here compare to other clinics in town. This is not a hospital where you don’t promise a time. They are running this clinic differently. 😵‍💫

Longgggg wait with 1 doctor seeing his own patients and walk-ins inbetween. After an already 90min wait, there was finally only one more walk-in before me, yet another dozen appointments kept getting called, but no walk-ins. This system puts too much pressure on doctor for quick turnovers, and seems ohip greedy. Walk in clinics in this city are busy from open til close when only seeing walk-ins, why overwhelm with a single doctor doing double duty. No wonder so many don't waste their time at walk-in clinics and head straight to the hospital.

I’m not sure why this place post their phone number if they never pick up. It doesn’t matter what time you call, if it is right after they open , at doctor’s lunch time or before closing. Never !

Nobody answers the phone or email. Impossible to get ahold of anyone unless you go in person. Staff is friendly once you’re there but trying to ask a question or make an appointment over the phone is soooooo hard. I tried every day for a week, multiple times a day. Have even had a voicemail to call back. Too bad nobody answers the phone.
