I had an overwhelming positive experience with both my eye exam and choosing glasses. The office is modern and so well kept! Every staff member is kind, professional, and efficient. There was zero push to be sold higher cost products because the service was about what is best for me and my budget.

If I could leave 50 stars I would! From the moment I walked in until the moment I finished my exam, picked my glasses (which I can't wait to get ♥️) and was headed out the door, I have never had and more pleasant experience! So very happy that I found a great great eye clinic. Very friendly staff, helpful answering all my questions - highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for any and all your eye care!

Perfection!

When you visit the Optometrist to have your eyes checked. What do you want as a result? A perfect result for me would be an accurate test result.

Dr. Connor West and his team provided that for me. I went to his location 8 months ago. But waited until now to write. As I am 63 and this is not my first set of glasses.

Previous sets have landed on the table more than on my face for reading. As store purchased reading glasses have worked better.

For the very first time in my life. I can now say with absolute certainty that this prescription and my glasses purchased from the attached store. Are absolute perfection. I wear them everyday. I am wearing them now to write this.

The examination was nothing like I had had before. It was done in three separate parts with about 10 minutes in between each part. To say he was leaving no stone unturned. Would be an understatement. He took everything into consideration. And rechecked all at the end. To make sure. The examination was done correctly.

He is much younger than myself. I mention this, as I now have an Optometrist for life :). I shall go no other place. As perfection in my vision. Is exactly what I am looking for.

As for his staff. They could not have been more accommodating or helpful. It was the perfect experience all the way round.

What an amazing team working in here. I cannot thank them enough for their kind welcoming, and for fitting me in. Needed a last minute eye exam and they went above and beyond for me. I cannot recommend this place enough. All hard working wonderful, welcoming staff ready to help no matter what. Was even proven as I watched the staff help clients with glasses and whatever else they needed on both sides of the building, they truly do care about their customers.

I went in to see if Brantford Optometry would take me as a walk in on a Saturday. They were very accommodating. I saw Dr. S. Khatkur for my appointment. She was very thorough and a very nice person. I found the perfect frames for my glasses as well as sunglasses. There was absolutely no high pressure sales, you were given time to look and browse and everyone there was happy to answer questions.
