The only reason this is 2 stars instead of 1 is because I love Tina Ippolito so much as a nurse practitioner. She's been excellent.

The office is very poorly run, though, it seems. No one ever answers the phone. You can't leave a message. One time I called over and over again for an hour. It disconnects after 15 minutes of hold time. I stopped by the clinic on my way home from work to find the receptionist stapling things to the bulletin board with an empty waiting room while the phone rang in the distance. Then she was annoyed that I didn't call. 🤦🏻‍♀️
Today I tried to call multiple times. Stopped by the clinic on my way home hoping to repeat the story above, and found all doors locked 20 minutes before closing.

I'd like to find a new office to go to, but I really like Tina. When I can get through and can get an appointment, it's fine. But.... Good luck.

I am very upset with how this clinic is treating their patients. Supposedly, they have a rule in place where if you miss an appointment, you cannot have a new appointment with your family doctor for an entire month, My boyfriend has been going to this clinic for over 10 years and not once has he heard of this rule and he has missed several appointments and has not once been told he needs to wait an entire month to receive a new appointment to see his family doctor.
I missed my appointment For the sole purpose of I got the days mixed up and result of that I was told I cannot see my family doctor for another 30 days

I have medical issues I would like to discuss with my doctor, but because of this, I am having to resort to either going to the hospital or going to a walk-in clinic which completely defeats the purpose of having a family doctor, If I wanted to do those things every time something was wrong I would not have applied to get a new doctor at this Clinic. I’ve heard nothing but raving reviews from family and friends about this clinic that their doctor is amazing But unfortunately, the reception staff is not They are constantly rude and refused to help you, And now with this supposedly 30 day rule I just keep finding things wrong with this clinic that is not gonna make me want to stay and I just got accepted a few months ago for a New family doctor here. I didn’t have the best family doctor before coming to this one, but in comparison, My old family doctor was 10 times better.

nurse practitioner Tina Ipolitio is a wonderful primary care practitioner. She told me that a referral to a psychiatrist could take months but she found one for me in three weeks. She is thorough and thoughtful.

This is the most comfortable and welcoming place to access healthcare and many other resources for the community at large in Brantford.
I have been coming here for several services they offer since April 2023 and every time I come in the door, I am always welcomed with a smile and offered a free snack and a drink, if I come in the afternoon.
The services they offer are comprehensive and are always changing, so I would recommend to check them regularly at the reception desk just inside the front door, where there are plenty of flyers available detailing the programs offered both at GRCHC and elsewhere in the area.
The people who work here are always busy but are happy to help you out with any questions or concerns you may have, or to steer you in the right direction….just in case you get turned around. (It can happen!!)
I would definitely recommend checking out the GRCHC next time you are in the area because they offer so many great programs and the people are so fantastic you are sure to find a reason to visit regularly!!

If I could Give More than 5 stars just because of Dr George, I would!.

I would like to share how my family and I have had an EXCEPTIONAL experience with Dr A. George as our family doctor, she has literally been the most amazing care provider I have encountered and now she cares for my daughter which has given us absolute peace of mind. I commute to GRHC from Mississauga since moving down there, because I don't know if I can find a provider as great as she is. Thank you for such having such an amazing healthcare provider in your health centre, we need more doctor's like Dr George.

Very frustrated and angry with health care system. I have a autistic son who got some type of rash again from his school Wednesday last week nothing till Saturday where he then was sick till Sunday now rash comes and goes here and there biggest thing he's not sleeping he can't speak we don't know what's bugging him. Took him to a doctor there not my family doctor no surprise almost never can get in to see her talk to her . The doctor we saw didn't check his ears didn't try to enforce looking in this throat see maybe if his throat or ears had something wrong said could be viral virus bug hes got not happy . We have sick sin no real definitive diagnosis or medicine he's not sleeping now we may have to take him again somewhere

Four stars only because the nurses are great.
I can understand that the front staff could be busy, but I have tried calling 6 times today and not one time has anyone answered the phone. Irritating, especially when you're just trying to book a quick appointment. Maybe they need online booking for their clients since we can never get through the phone!
