The lactation consultant was amazing. The pediatrician on-site was amazing. However, their booking system and whomever confirms appointments, will cancel your ability to utilize them, for their own errors. I had an appointment confirmed, my baby was sick so we were asked not come in. That’s a cancellation, yes. Next message I recieved was OFFERING me an appointment date. I immediately said it will not work for me and needed a new date. I was then informed that NOT confirming, somehow also counts as a confirmation because they “hold” the spot…I was then warned that I have already cancelled twice and if I cancel again, they cancel me as a client. I asked them to please show me when I cancelled a second time, because I didn’t. I only cancelled one appointment due to illness. The second appointment was never confirmed by me so how can I cancel it if it’s never booked in the first place? They couldn’t prove it and didn’t seem to want to help rectify. All of a sudden, their response to me over text was “to go use my family doctor now and they wouldn’t argue with me anymore”… not helpful, nor professional. I am now losing out on an important service to feed my child, due to their booking communication errors. Also, be mindful that you have to respond to them and confirm in like 5 minutes or they start texting you “hello? Please confirm? Hello? We will cancel this then…” Just be careful. For a breastfeeding clinic dealing with new borns, they some how don’t seem to understand that your schedule revolves around the baby…not the clinic getting their responses fast enough. Again, thanks to the lactation consultant and doctor, they were great, for the one appointment I got to have before they cancelled me.

I can't express how helpful this clinic had been during my early weeks as a new mom learning to breastfeed. I have had so many challenges and this clinic was so supportive not only with learning to breastfeed but also emotionally helping me through it all!
