I will not lie, I typically get some type of run around when I try to get a prescription and over the phone I often find that folks are not super friendly. HOWEVER, tonight June 20th 2024 the pharmacist or pharm tech I spoke with was beyond pleasant, what a great person to talk to! Kind, patient, and explained nicely. I did not catch her name, but what a great person 🙂

Always say the same!
Lawtons make sure they provide best customer service. And their products r on par with shoppers n better than other pharmacies. I got best service at this location as expected.

The staff is friendly enough but they are not organized.
My husband is sick and frail, they sent him for blood work, my husband said they should send requisition to Spryfield, they sent it to Cobequid,
he has an appointment again on Wednesday, today they call him, they lost the urine sample, he has to go tomorrow again, the requesition never arrived at the clinic near us, my husband had to call the clinic and straighten everything out. Very, frustrating especially when you are sick and under stress.

The pharmacy team at this location is amazing! They are all darlings. They are helpful, informative, upbeat and kind. I'm a type 1 diabetic so I'm always there. Sometimes twice a week. They always take care of me. They always go the extra mile when needed. They haven't let me down in over 15 years.

Requisition for blood work was sent to wrongbplace & took me an hour to get straightened out . Good thing I had me cell phone with me. Then I found out I was supposed to have thyroid levels checked & potassium . BUT was called later & told I have to go back because she forgot to check off potassium on the request. Now.....I have to go back again in 3 weeks . Not pleased. I know I have no dr. & am grateful for help , but this has dragged on quite long & still not feeling good .

Poor experence. Boxing Day, had to go there to get something for an elderly disabled person. They were closing eay at 5:00PM. We got there just before closing. There was a male employee guarding the door letting customers out. It was explained we needed 1 item urgently from health care. Even though it was just before 5 and there were a number of customers inside he rudely refused service. I understand that it is a holiday and they want to go home early but it should not interfer with customer service. We have been very long term customers. In the future we will be going else where.
