I had a great experience with this clinic. I’ve been their client since 2018; their management and customer service is fantastic. I recently dealt with Wangari at front desk, she was amazing and so helpful. I needed an urgent appointment and she made it happen for me. Also, Wanda in glasses part was so nice and patient. She helped me to find a glasses I liked with all patience. Thank you FYI Doctors team in Lower Sackville for such a great customer service and thanks to your manager to make work environment so pleasant that anyone can feel it from staff behaviour. 🙂

Always a great experience at FYI Optical in Lower Sackville. Dr. Gaudet is very thorough and takes lots of time with her patients, never making you feel rushed. I also received excellent service from Optician Samantha. Extremely knowledgeable, helpful and pleasant. Samantha made picking out new glasses fun and made sure I got the best combination of quality and price for my budget.

Today was my appointment, the eye dr Dr Currie was amazing. Her assistant, very friendly and kind. It didn't feel like a few extra years had passed by. Next on to the kind lady that helped me pick out my new glasses. She was great. I must say sackville FYI doctors has an amazing team. Thank you.

On September 4th your staff fit me in and you as always, explained what my issue was in a very clear and understandable way.
You have such an ability to take the mystery and the fear away and you consistently offer solutions for ongoing treatment or keys to look for as time goes on.
Your office was filled and you were backed up but never once did you make me feel rushed. It was as if I was your only patient that day. And that has always been your pattern. Care, compassion and attention are your watchwords.
Your staff are some of the best I have ever had the pleasure of being with.

I am so pleased with the excellent service I received from the Ladies at FYI Doctors in Lower Sackville!! The Ladies were all friendly and eager to help at the front. Dr. Currie was very caring and took the time to examine my eyes, she made me feel very comfortable there. Wanda Bungay was also extremely friendly and was very patient with me while I decided which option worked best for me while picking out my glasses! Every time I am in FYI Doctors in Lower Sackville, I know I am going to have a great visit. All of the staff members are so kind, professional and happy (which is a huge testament to a great working environment!). Dr. Currie is excellent in providing the best care with information that I haven't learned in my 20+ years of wearing glasses. During my most recent visit, I had the pleasure of working with Alicia Davison, an Optometric Assistant at the clinic. She was EXCELLENT in helping me pick out and provide feedback on my glasses selection; understanding what I was looking for, what fit my face shape the best, giving me honest feedback and helping me feel confident in my selection - we tried on 30+ glasses and she was so kind and patient with me and my indecisiveness. I will always make sure she is in when I'm selecting my glasses from now on! Also, I love that they participate in the Big Brothers/Big Sisters glasses recycling program. Bring in your old glasses and cases for their box. I will recommend FYI Doctors Lower Sackville to anyone!
