I've been a patient with this health team for almost 30 yrs. Yes, I too have had to wait for long periods to speak with someone to make an appt. and in the waiting room for my appt. My health needs sometimes req'd and rec'd more time with a Dr., so I think about that as I'm waiting and I'm grateful that I have a Dr. in the first place. Our Ont. Government needs to hear from you!!!! Health care is undervalued and poorly funded by our current Ont. Government. Redirect your criticism and remember your experiences in the next Provincial election.

Very bad experience, it’s just a money scam, No one understands the situation and problems that people can have while handling newborn. moreover babies doctors should be patient and supportive. Dr ELEN KOSTOPOULOS didn’t helped me and my 2 months old boy just bcs we were 2 mins late and asked us to pay 100 dollars as a penalty. I wish i could have some portal where we can report such scammers and can bring such persons to justice.

The receptionists at this place are so rude and not helpful at all. You call to cancel an appointment they have you waiting ten minutes on the phone and then just tell you you have the wrong office - without even telling you that they have another location. No matter how good the doctors may be these receptionists are the first point of contact - train them!

Anyone that wrote a negative review of the receptionist's or doctors must not understand how this place functions. They are completely professional with thorough doctors. Don't miss appointment and follow the rules, same as any doctors office. Very easy considering its free healthcare.

Do not recommend dr. Pede. Failed to take the necessary steps to prevent a clear medically *almost* catastrophic event for a family. Thank god we went for a second opinion. When calling back regarding feed back was met with no remorse and even got snappy. Grateful they are ok, no thanks to *dr* pede.

My family doctor Is an amazing doctor so it pains me to give a 1 star BUT the African-Canadian receptionist at the front desk is very rude. She spoke to me like I had no sense at all. I forgot my mask and asked for a spare one and she made me feel so dumb for asking. I had to walk across the plaza to buy a mask and I have a permanent disability. This was saddening, and told me if I’m not on time I’ll miss my appointment. So a disabled person had to rush which made my condition worse. If you go there I recommend the other staff members they will treat you with dignity.

Booked an appointment days in advance for a prescription refill. Was called by doctor 1 hour after scheduled appointment, happened to miss the call and called back immediately to be told I’d have to call back and make another appointment by a rude receptionist. I have been going to this practice since I was 5 years old. Patients time is just as important as the doctors. Call on time or be courteous when someone wasn’t expecting a call an hour after scheduled appointment.
