Part of my nutrition plan for weightlifting, i eat peanut butter everyday. I really like this brand and would have put 5 stars but unfortunately the quality of thisnproduct in never the same. Once it is think, full of buts and really tastes, other time it is liquid with just little of nuts and tastes old oil. I now have to keep my bill every week to return the product in case it is not tasting good. Quality should be checked and be as well à priority. I'll be more than happy to come back and put 5 stars if I see the change.

Edit: The company was kind enough to rectify the situation after my review and apologized for the delay. They sent me 2 nut butters of choice and they turned out great.

Highly recommend the rainforest butter if you like coconut, cashews & Brazil nuts. It’s a great combo in my opinion!

I’ve changed my star rating from 1 to a 5 because I know how impactful these ratings can be and the mistake was fixed.

Bought the rainforest butter in the past and this last time I bought it from a local retailer, the nut butter wasn’t smooth as labeled on the jar. It had chunks of shredded coconut throughout the entire container. I reached out to the company via email and showed the photos. I wanted a replacement or a refund. It has been over a week and I have not heard from them after their first email.

To top it off, they responded in the email doubting my claim and asked for photos. But when I provided the photos, no response at all…

Defected product + poor customer service = lost customer.

We've been buying the crunchy peanut butter for years. We used to be able to use a knife to scoop the peanut butter. Now we have to use a spoon and the consistency is very thin and oily it literally can be poured. Not sure what changed. Although were still.pleased the price is still the same.

Some of my background is high end retail, which meant knowing the meaning of repeat customers, reputation, & making the customer whole! Before cancer, car stolen, next car hit, called the company, re: a rancid butter. I was glad to have found them, (before, we were supporting a Georgia, U.S. company) & I believe in Eat Local, Eat Fresh, & Canadian! So happy, company in Ontario! Went down hill from there! Promised a jar in the mail. Called again & again...each time, long distance, & do not own a cell phone. Now this site has been freezing, for last 20 min.
Several yrs later, called again. No letter again.
Family owned business, not very thorough. What happened to your word?
Mine was hazelnut combo, organic.
I saved every small jar that I had purchased, intending to reuse for teas, but now thrown out..
So ☹️ disappointed

Update: I had issues with the Organic almond butter product at the start of 2023 because it was way too watery. Since about March they seem to have reverted back to the old recipe. Maybe it was the almonds they were sourcing or they had changed the supplier. We shall never know. But I thought it would make sense for me to update my review given that I do eat between 3 and 10 jars of this product per month. These last few batches have been really good, tastes really smooth and creamy. I've been purchasing this product for over 10 years now. They can increase the price but please do not change the quality. People who eat organic always buy for quality.
