I had a fantastic experience at Rona on 215 Henry St., and I owe much of it to the exceptional service I received from Lisa. As a regular customer, I was initially struggling to find a few items in the seasonal section. Unfortunately, I wasn’t getting much assistance from one of the staff members who simply told me, "We only have what you see." Feeling a bit frustrated, I was heading towards the exit when Lisa approached me. She asked if I needed help and immediately made me feel like a valued customer. Her knowledge and willingness to assist were impressive, and she guided me to the items I was looking for with ease.

It’s rare to encounter such attentive and helpful staff, and Lisa truly made my visit worthwhile. Additionally, Karen M. also left a positive impression, further reinforcing my loyalty to this Rona location. Thanks to both of them, I left with exactly what I needed and am happy to give this location a well-deserved 5-star rating.

My husband and I went into Rona in Brantford last night to look at some appliances. We were so impressed with the young man, Tanner, who answered all our questions, helped us measure, gave well thought-out suggestions and patiently walked us through all the options that we never realized we had. Such an excellent employee who was polite, personable (had a sense of humour) and didn’t rush us through looking at all the various appliances as he explained all the features of each model. We were so pleased we walked into Rona last night. Thank you Tanner.

Terrible customer service. I called and put a roof rake on hold Feb 19th at 1:30pm and was told by both customer service and the seasonal associate it would be held until the end of the day. I drove 1hr to pick up the roof rake and got to the store at 5:20pm after work only to be told they had put it on hold but then sold it to another customer. The seasonal associate was very understanding and did there job. Both customer service and the manager on duty were very rude and told me they can’t hold items that aren’t paid for - despite telling me over the phone it would be held until the end of the day. At no point did they ask me to pay for it. This store is not worth visiting. Every time I try and give them a second chance they disappoint. They are consistently out of stock of regular items and never have what you need. Shop elsewhere unless you want to be disappointed time and again!

Very helpful and professional. I needed some help about installing a vanity. I'm a female and I'm learning. A helpful employee named Steve was very patient with all my questions and didn't judge me.

I went here to get nails for my flooring nailer! Although i did not find them, i talked to three helpful employees who all knew as little as i did but still tried their best to help me! Sometimes it isnt about finding an answer but the random people you learn about along the way! Also dont go here for flooring nails

Bought a new washer and dryer set here this week and Sandra M was our sales associate. She was awesome to deal with. She really knew her stuff when it comes to the differences between units and helped us decide on the best ones for us. I highly recommend dealing with Sandra M. Excellent customer service and not pushy

I had an excellent experience at the hardware store thanks to the outstanding service provided by Darshan. From the moment I walked in, Darshan greeted me with a warm and friendly smile, instantly making me feel comfortable. Not only was he knowledgeable about every product I asked about, but he also went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I needed. He patiently answered my questions, gave helpful advice on my project, and even offered tips I hadn't considered.
