I have had two older relatives go-to this location to obtain their prescriptions from a professional. Considering the convenience of being located at a Walmart, they chose this location.

The service was seemingly positive initially, however after the examinations were completed, each relative asked for a copy of their prescription. They were both denied with the following responses, "we don't do that here" and "You should never purchase your glasses from online shops". As this was not their initial reason for requesting the information that they paid for and later realized they most probably should have.

I would not trust ANY business that withholds information from a paying customer. To my knowledge, this is the only optician that has behaved in this fashion. If you are looking to receive a prescription for your records or wish to be treated fairly as a consumer, I would look at the many other options available to you.

Great customer service but they have people out sick and saying that they won’t have anyone for weeks or months and refuse to hire someone. This is the cheapest place to get glasses in town. I now have to pick them up and take them to get sized somewhere else. Costing me more money! This is not how you run a business. Walmart really dropped the bar here.

Just tried to get a lens replaced for my glasses that I got from them less then a year ago, they wouldn't do it without getting a new prescription that would cost me another 100 bucks. I don't need or want to get my eyes tested again, I just need one single lens with the same prescription that they have. Money is tight nowadays and I do not have it to spend on this.

Popped by from out of town last night and was treated like a Queen. So thankful for the ladies . Lyla spent a very long time with me, knowing that I am not going to make a purchase possibly until the spring. She gave me tips that I had never been told before. I knew she really cared about how I was going to feel leaving with a new look. What a wonderful lady and a wealth of information!!

Bought glasses at the Vision Centre. The arm is too short and they fall off every time I bend over. The clerk said sorry but we don’t measure the arm distance so there is nothing they will do. Mass produced at the same length. Terrible!!!

Typical Walmart operation…nobody working and no posted schedule as when opticians available… Walmart is so poorly lol…
