I had a difficult time finding replacement light bulbs for a bathroom vanity.

The first time I ordered a light fixture manufactured by Canarm and delivered via a local big box store everything went swimmingly. The light itself is 10/10! Unfortunately, the second, identical fixture I ordered came missing a key part, something I only realized near the end of my installation. Thankfully, dealing with Canarm to get the part I needed was a breeze - communication was friendly and helpful and shipping super fast!

My experience with Canarm products is mainly associated with there heated water livestock water bowls. In the fall of 2018 i purchased two new Canarm 100 HD water bowls, our local electrician trenched the power to both, i poured the pads, and the electrician hooked them up. To from the day they were installed till now i have had nothing but problems with one of the bowls. Its constantly tripping the breaker and freezing solid, resulting in split ball valves and an absolute mess. The other bowl has had zero problems, minus the float getting froze up once in awhile. Canaram sent out a new element as what the electrician and they thought was the problem, but its wasn't. So now i'm out $1600+ on one water bowl that still an absolute pain in the winter. Long and the short, buy a Ritchie water bowl or risk a 50% chance you waste $600 on a Canarm.

Back in May 2023 my Canarm 42” ceiling fan stopped working after 14 years, not sure how long they usually last. A small capacitor burned out and needed to be replaced. I searched the usual on-line suppliers, and various City stores, but nobody had a unit with the specs needed. So I called Canarm in Brockville, ON , and got to talk to Roger Coates. He asked me to email him some pictures and specs. Roger replied next day, saying they can supply it, and asked for my home shipping address. In a very short time the part arrived & I installed it. The fan has been running great during these hot summer days in Alberta.
Thank you Roger Coates & Canarm, for quick and professional customer service. I could never get this on Amazon!
