Price updated daily on the website. Great customer service. I hadn't realized how low my tank was before the last snow storm. They informed me that they couldn't deliver until the following week, when she asked how low my tank was and I said almost empty... She put me on hold came back to say somebody would deliver the next day. They are great!

So friendly! We ran out of furnace oil overnight, they were able to fill it up same day and even left Werther's candies for us! Great experience, we'll be switching to Cozy for our oil deliveries!

Been a costumer of Cozy Fuels for around 15 years now. Was dealing with big companies before, really frustrating that you have to negotiate a price with the “big boys” With Cozy, pricing is upfront, clear, and more than fair.
Cozy has never been late with a delivery and never been later than next day delivery.
Awesome, service, good people. Save yourself money and frustration, go with Cozy, you will not regret.

If you have an automatic payment setup with this company please be check your account each time a payment is due. While checking my credit card statment last night I notice an extra $57.50 that I was charged without me being informed. Made a call to them this morning and was first advised that it was for another delivery which was incorrect as this was my first delivery this winter, the rep couldn't explain the charge so advised that a billing rep will call back. This billing rep called me back with a raised voice, when I confronted her she acted as if I yell at her and advised the she was going to hang up the f@$k$%g and she hung up. So I called back and they informed me that I was charged an extra $50 plus tax for getting less than $300, for years I have been getting a fill once a month in the winter and it has never been an issue had I been informed that a fill will need to consist for $300 plus I would have taken my business to another company. Going forward I will never order from this company again because of the unprofessional behavior I received today. (on a good note I did get the additional charges credit back as they were sneaky about the charge).

We started using Cozy Fuels many years ago. At that time, we had an emergency and our regular fuel/service people told us they couldn’t help for a few days. Frantically, I started calling other companies. The very friendly person I spoke with at Cozy Fuels assured me he would be at our house within the hour. He was true to his word. We decided to switch to this company for our fuel needs, and they have never let us down these many years later. Always quick to respond, always friendly, always helpful. We are new to NS, just renting our house, and had no idea that our water heater ran on oil as well as the furnace (yes, we know dumb!) but the smart thing we did was choose Cozy Fuels. Last night when we finally figured out the water heater issue - oil was out! - I was online scouring through trying to decide who to contact...who would have good prices? who would not take advantage of our desperation? who could come within hours of finding out we needed oil? who had payment options that would work for us? I almost went for a couple other options but, thanks to poor ratings, I kept looking until I found Cozy Fuels. I filled out their online order form and first thing this morning got the call back - the woman on the phone was very knowledgable, personable, and caring. Only two hours later and there was a truck at our house to fill the tank and the driver also gave us great information and insight - overall terrific service! They delivered on every aspect that is important to me - value, speed of service, professional and informative, and can assist ongoing with their automated system that can assure we do not run out of oil when we need it most!
