Visited True Speed inquiring about TV and Internet services. I was served by Ellen, who went over all the packages and answered all my questions. I know I repeated myself, but she graciously answered all questions, courteously and professionally. When it came time to connect the service at home, I was transferred to the technical support dept. Robert was very helpful in connecting the service. For some reason it did not connect. Then we found the problem on my end. After disconnecting the piece of equipment from the previous provider, Truespeed powered up, and I had service. Excellent job, excellent service, competent and friendly professionals. Thank you, to all the office staff, for the professional service and attitude, to this senior citizen.

We switched to Truespeed some time ago and are so pleased with their service. They answer the calls personally when you call Tech Support and walk you through any issue in a way that is super easy to understand and follow through on. We love that we can walk into the store and get what we need right off the shelf and that the staff are knowledgable with the products you select. I’m a dinosaur when it comes to tech and if these guys and gals can help me and get things running smoothly at home, they can help ANYBODY. Yes, I’m that hopeless, but they are patient, kind and never leave me hanging. Service you just can’t find anywhere else, I promise you that. Recently a Bell representative came to my door trying to get me to switch from Truespeed. I could try it for 10 days and if I did not like it I could remove the dish and equipment (not them, ME) and it would be up to me to return it. As with any service or product there will be those who love it and those who hate it. Well I LOVE the service I have received from Truespeed in the last 10+ years. They respond quickly when I reach out. So I am sticking with the company that provides great service. Thank you truespeed. 🙂
