Contacted them on Friday afternoon to get a quote for a direct shipment, provided all necessary details and was given a quote that I considered to be fair. I provided said quote to my customer who accepted and paid it. Called them Monday morning to schedule the delivery only to be given a price nearly double that of what I was initially quoted. When I contested the discrepancy, was told that the person who I spoke to was probably a "junior associate" who misquoted me and since she's not there at the moment, there's no way to verify what was really said in my initial discussion with them. In essence, I was being called a liar. I asked to speak to someone else who could honour the original price I was quoted, and the person I spoke to said she can transfer me to a dispatcher who would give me the same response. No sense of accountability or customer service. They outsource their couriers and refuse to own up to or correct their mistakes. This will be my last time ever dealing with this disreputable company that values profit over good, honest customer service.

Normally I wouldn't review a shipping company but I just gotta give a shoutout. This company and their drivers have a fantastic system. You get updates via text on pick-up & day of delivery, you get calls from the driver if it is a package that requires a signature to make sure you'll be there and, honestly, all the drivers I've interacted with are patient and have waited a few minutes - none of that ring and run nonsense where you then have to wait for another day/ go pick it up elsewhere. Great communication, great drivers and great experience. 10/10

Received text and email package was to be delivered by 9 pm. When 10:30 came around I called to inquire if I needed to keep waiting. The individual I spoke to advised the package was damaged and wouldn't be delivered, to call back the next day. I called back the next day and the individual confirmed it was damaged, explained they needed to bring back to the vendor and it was out of their hands. I relayed my disappointment in their lack of communication, and the individual I was speaking to took the opportunity to argue with me. I cannot recommend this business to anyone, and I would hesitate purchasing from anyone who uses them as their delivery partner. As disappointed as I could possibly be.

We had a great experience with Kwiksave. They responded to my request for a quote immediately. We arranged for same-day delivery of 32 boxes. The shipment was both picked up and delivered on time. We would definitely use their services again.

This was my first time using this courier service and it was fantastic. In fact, due to email etc., I have not used a courier in years so I felt lost trying to figure out how to arrange for one.

Tifany called me to answer my many questions I posed online which to me is great customer service. This helped to quickly expedite our order.

The person who picked up our package was friendly and courteous.

I will definitely use Kwiksave again!!!
