The experience with Dodd's was excellent right from the beginning of the first phone call with Kerri to the repairs done by Avery!! I had several questions and Kerri answered with respect and courtesy - she managed to find our old installation paperwork and got everything sorted for the order! Avery was timely, polite and he did a great job!! I would recommend this team for sure!!!!

I had Dodds replace my broken garage door opener. I was contemplating buying one and installing myself but by the time I buy it, and muck around trying to install it myself ...not worth it. Great service!! Chris showed up on time, performed a detailed inspection, identified and explained what the problem was, and very efficiently resolved it. The door now works smoother than it ever did before.

Experience with the customer care agent who helped with the booking was also amazing! Overall, i would highly recommend them for any garage door needs.
