Absolutely the worst customer service & website I have experienced in a very long time. I lease my printers from Ricoh and their website is cumbersome and extremely slow, coupled with their customer service makes for 1 star rating.

They changed my printer for an upgrade and never explained that the toner from the old machine which is just a new version is not different than the old one. I have that toner and the cartridges other than the name look identical to the naked eye. So when do you find out that your old toner doesn't fit the new printer, you guessed it... At the time you need to install new tonner.

Every time I have to deal with Ricoh its difficult. I recommendation would be to find another company that does the same thing.

i dont know ; what is customer service mean to Ricoh. placed a order >> got a mechine ; it was not in a box. then tech guy showed up 3 days later told us it is uncomplete !!
another 7 days ; got that part ; tech came ; he put that part ;
we r not able to use this machine; cuz it is not hooked up yet !!
now these ppl are asking ; what is my pupose to buy this !! like fax or printer or a scanner !!
not easy to get hold of sales ppl ; always answering machine there

in 3 weeks after del this thing is still sitting ; everyone can imagine
>> lying ahead.
