Amazing service! They got here very quickly, fixed everything and explained how everything worked. Friendly and knowledgeable, cannot recommend these guys enough! If you need someone to fix your furnace call these guys, they are the absolute best!

Experience, wisdom and knowledge cannot be replaced by anything! When they work together, as in the case of Brian, make you wonder for a moment if professional such as him have some sort of super powers... - In 3 minutes over the phone he nailed over the head the issue I tried in vane tackling for the past 2 days with a zone of my heating system.
Not to mention the kindness and presence of the lady over the phone that first took my call and ensured I was going to be timely called back.
Thank you so very much guys! I will refer your services to anyone that own a furnace or two!

After moving into our new home we discovered our heating system did not work. After calling around Merit heating services was the only ones that would come and help us. Chris was very knowledgeable about our boiler system. He had it up and running inside of 45 minutes. 2 days later my husband discovered a leak, called Merit again Chris came out again. Had it fixed in no time flat. I will be calling Merit anytime we have problems again. We give Chris a 10 out of 10 for his knowledge.

Loved the lady on the phone and their service guy was knowledgeable and courteous.
Their prices seemed fair.
I enjoyed their service and will call again if need be.
Edit 3 months later. Called again for another repair and they were there lickedy split. Great service again and still kept the bill to a minimum.
They are my go to.

Called on a Saturday due to a leak. They came in amazing time even though that are not open on Saturday. Thorough, quick service and good conversation. The bill was more than fair for a normal call, but even more so for an emergency call! I would recommend them to anyone needing service. You won't find a better company!

Merit Heating Service is definitely a great group of genuine folk! I moved into my first home and have never had an oil & wood burning furnace before. Today I had a scare where my furnace was not turning on. In a panic of worry I called the number on maintenance sticker that was slapped on the side of my furnace and I'm sure happy I did! The woman who answered was so kind and walked me through the possibilities of how I could fire it up again, she had so much patience with my inability to find the reset button or the proper fuse switch. After much dismay and confusion (all from my end) of what I should do or find she explained Brian would give me a call to try to help me out. After getting off the phone I realized I felt less panicked and that even if there wasn't a solution today that there would be someone could help. At this point I felt more confident and was ready to flip some fuse switches (nothing is labeled on my box) so I tried everything on the fuse box as suggested and VOILA the furnace started and no more then a moment later Brian rang! I have yet to use their full services but I wanted to share this experience because although it may seem to be a no brainer fix to some people it meant the world to me that I wasn't alone in a time of need, I could have called and gotten the "I dont know sorry cant help " but instead a kind, knowledgeable woman helped me this evening. Kindness comes in many different forms, thank you Merit Heating!!!
