Took my husband , he had severe stomachache. Doctor on duty told him to be quick because he has a lot of patients for check up and he can't be there forever with him. He was the rudest doctor we have ever seen, if someone is in pain and trying to get help from doctor and how they respond here. This is the worst experience we had. And my husband had to walk out in the Middle because of this doctor's rudeness. It was really unprofessional.

I was in on Christmas eve 2024 for assistance, being worried that, because of it being Christmas, the level of care may be subpar. There was a nurse, her name is Sam. She was so helpful and caring, doing her best. It was my second experience with her. Both times, I was comforted to know that I've really been taken under the hospital's wing. She did her best, not only with me, but I noticed she did the same with others around me at those visits. Sam, you deserve the recognition for this. Thank you.

The one star is becuase This location is in desperate need for more doctors. Iv been waiting more then 5 hours for a doctors “professional opinion” in regards to a small ear infection. The nurses have expressed that there is only so much they can do and with the lack of doctors at this location it has resulted in extensive wait times. I have a huge respect for their honesty and hard work and hope that more doctors will join this location and provides the healthcare this town deserves.

Thank you to Dr. Slemko, Nurses, X-ray technician, Admin and Security staff at The Strathmore Hospital. Amazing, helpful and quick service! I have sprained my ankle and was so worried I had fractured or broken a bone as I was in excruciating pain. They were helpful and attentive and I was in and out within 1.5 hrs. Dr. Slemko is a fantastic doctor, patient, thorough and informative. The nurses were awesome. Kudos to you all and I left there a happier patient. Thank you!

These doctors suck and I’ve been waiting here for 7 hours with my sick 2 year old. Extremely disappointed useless staff and useless nurses. My 6th time coming here and I never go home before 3 in the morning after arriving at 2pm.

Marianne RN BN from Triage was incompetent and impolite. I came in with 4 people, 3 out of 4 were sick, including myself. She dismissed 3 out of the 4 of us, telling us to sit down and wait. I informed her that I needed to be seen as well… tell me why she proceeds to ask another patient if I needed to be seen by a doctor. I specifically told her myself i needed to be examined… very dehumanizing.

Had to wait 5 hours was there because I was sick for over a month now didn't even look in my ears throat or nose dismissed me saying it's nothing very disappointing don't care enough about the patients

Today i got severe extreme bad service, i was pregnant and having bad itchy problem, but they were sending other ppl first nd waited me too long and i left there without treatment nd nurse said me OK, does it reallyright behaviour and called emergency service, ?
