I have been seeing Holly for a while now & feel very comfortable with all her suggestions for my skin care. She introduced me to Candice & now I have two wonderful beauty consultants looking after me & enhancing my confidence. These ladies are friendly & very open to take the time to listen to your concerns, offer suggestions & address the problems with results that will make you feel & look fabulous. I would highly recommend these two amazing ladies to you...the results speak for themselves.

If you’re going anywhere but here and seeing anyone but Kennedy Farrell, what are you doing? She’s magic with a needle and makes you feel like you’re in safe hands. This was my second round of belkyra injections and I can’t believe how well it’s working! 10/10 the best nurse injector in the area and probably the world.

Candice provided me a wonderful experience at her previous employment. When I found out she now worked at the Skin Laser Clinic I knew I’d found my new go to! Through Candice I met Holly and couldn’t be happier about it!! I am a fairly happy and outgoing person but my frown lines made me appear grumpy and left me feeling insecure. Both Candice and Holly listened to my concerns and provided me with a better than expected treatment and result. The results are subtle yet noticeable to others without them knowing why 😉. These women are my amazing little beauty secret. They are knowledgeable and provide an expert opinion in a best friend way. If you’re reading this then you’re looking at your options and in my opinion you owe it to yourself to go in for a consultation and see how they can enhance your confidence.

I had previously been to Candice and followed her to Skin Laser Clinic. I love how she is so friendly and makes me feel like I’ve known her forever. Today I had a Biologique Recherché facial with her. After my skin felt amazing and was simply glowing! Earlier in the week was my first time meeting with Holly and Dr. Gooderham, they put me at complete ease. Can’t say enough good things and them and Skin Laser Clinic!

I have not had the experience of getting any treatment here yet. When I first booked an appointment it was difficult to get ahold of anyone and it took 3 days for them to return my call. After I booked the appointment they contacted me a few days before saying they needed to change the time of my appointment. Then they called me the day of the appointment to say that they messed up and I would have to wait another 5 weeks for my appointment. In addition, they have keep saying they are going to send me emails about appointment confirmation and details and I have never received an email from them. I can't speak to the quality of the treatments but I can definitely say that they are unreliable and have poor internal and external communication.

Tried to make an appointment after a few queries , finally got a message back from Maddison (reception ) asking about services I wanted, then when I answered no response , nothing . That was September 12 2022 . Tried to use this service but customer service is so poor here I can’t even get into the door 🤷‍♀️
