Terrible customer service.
When they say that there is no warranty, there is NONE.
I purchased an adult size kick scooter for $70 + tx on Apr 29 so I can ride with my son. Rode it 3 times within a week on asphalt and boardwalk. Did not do stunts or jumps with it. During the third ride, the back wheel became loose and the bearing was broken inside. Obviously a poor quality or defective product.
On May 10, I returned to the store
One of the supervisors on site was willing to help and do an exchange for the same product, but the store manager, when he found out, rudely overruled her and refused to do anything at all (refund/exchange/store credit), claiming that it’s not their fault since they do not manufacture the product and that, as a liquidation centre, they do not have to honour any kind of warranty even if the product sold is new.
He even rudely said that I had bought the scooter 3 weeks ago “and who knows what you’ve done with it since”, when in fact I rode it absolutely normally and it had only been a week and a half since the purchase.

i normally check pricing online, so i can't complain when i usually come here and not end up buying anything.. 9x out of 10 I'd walk out of the store empty-handed.. it's a liquidation store, people.. don't think of price-matching or returns or warranty!! truthfully, there ARE things that cost more than what they should, since you can't return anything in the event something breaks or has poor quality and all sales are final. today, i got a beanie for $9 (but original price is $15.99!) i lost one that cost me $40 from SC. the staff are always friendly! I've seen some poor reviews (dating 2 years ago) but given how i was treated today and being my 8th or 9th visit, this business should be at least 4 stars! gave 5 though because the cashier was especially nice! always lots of parking.. they don't take amex, just fyi. cash or debit only.

Been here a handful of times. There is good stuff. But know your prices. I've seen a lot of Costco products there that were cheaper at Costco than here.... Defeats the purpose of a liquidation shop.

i’ve definitely gotten a few good deals here, but it’s absolutely a hit or miss type of store. i have found a few neat things that i haven’t seen at other places and i’ve been happy with all of my purchases. some of their prices can be outrageous but it’s not the stuff im trying to buy so i don’t care!

for everyone complaining about them not letting you return things - maybe read their signs saying no refunds or exchanges before you swipe your card. most of these complaints are all YOUR fault for not being careful. yes it’s a pain in the rear to be refused a refund but don’t MAKE A PURCHASE YOU AREN’T SURE OF WHEN THEY CLEARLY STATE NO REFUNDS.

Like at ANY store you need to know your prices. I stop by once a week to check out new items. They EXPLICITLY state that there are NO refunds so shop with caution. In the years I have shopped there I have been disappointed a couple of times but when I reflect on the unhappy purchases it’s because I bought in haste. Though items have a short lifespan at the store resist buying in haste.

As prices go up we just have to get used to it. My friend bought LED lights for 14$ a month ago. Today the same set is 25$. Quite the markup. The manager also got crusty with me when I spent 200$ on a headset that didn’t work and I returned them the very next day. I don’t want in store credit. I want my cash back. Now he’s crusty with me whenever I go in. One light/charger stand today(march 29th) was marked EIGHTY FIVE dollars. And the same product down farther was 32$. Prices are high and almost comparable to Costco prices. What happened to a liquidation store!?

People have to do their due diligence its a liquidation store!! you buy it its yours. be sure to look things over. I love this store, shop there a couple times a week, great clothing and great prices among other things. I love the new addition to the Wayfair products 🙂 it is hit and miss. I have been shopping here since they originally opened and have only has one bad experience with a disc player that never worked so I check everything before i buy it now. I find the staff very friendly.

Amazing selection of all kinds of items, food, clothes and furniture. Manager (Joao) was so helpful and kind, best customer service. The whole staff were awesome, we bought a patio table and they dismantled it and loaded it for us. Highly recommend this place, the deals are unbeatable! Thanks!
