Took 3 service calls for a total of $1059.49 and system still never worked. They kept trying to convince me that it worked ,but never did. Also did not like that one had to give them the credit card up front. You can take your chances but I never will again especially not with the owner that made the last most expensive repair that never, worked again never. Was a real waste of monies, could have purchased a new unit for the same price of course not advised until after I spend all that monies.

I had a 12 year old Kinetico softener that stopped using salt. I called SWS to service it. After the first visit ($250, and they said it was fixed) it wouldn't stop backflushing. Second visit ($370, replaced uv light and glass tube, filter, said it was fixed) still won't stop backflushing. Third visit ( another +$100 and they wanted to put another $400 worth of parts in it) I refused. I hired a different company to come out and fix it. It didn't need any parts, the tech just disassembled and reassembled it correctly and now it works. SWS then offered me $400 to buy my used water softener back, (so they could actually fix it) and resell it for a profit. Not impressed. Will never use them again.

quick service. I'm new to having a well in Cobourg and spoke with Karen and she provided great knowledge and support to come to my house the very next day to flush our lines.

I spoke with Amy initially. She was so knowledgeable. My water issue quickly grew to me needing a service call. She got me in touch with Peter. Peter came out on a Sunday and stayed until 7:30pm. He was clean, polite, professional and went above and beyond. He took the extra time by checking the whole system. I am so very glad I found spectacular water. This company will be servicing my well and home system from now on. Thank you to everyone. Extremely satisfied.

Not impressed , after having them do the well pump softener and added a pre filter we still have an issue with the flow restrictor making loud noises that they also replaced we were told that they would come out and check if we paid for a one hr minimum charge.

Terrible experience with this company. Installed the wrong unit at my house to deal with smelly water when I moved in. It did not help anything and when they came back 4 days later they told me the water changed. I had another plumber come out and look at it. They removed everything SWS had installed. Which was not to code. They installed a unit for half the price of SWS and it has been perfect for a month. SWS charged over $3300 and would not refund or return anything.

NEVER USE THIS COMPANY.
I wish i could give zero stars. The owner, peter came to our house the first time and replaced the filters and membrane. before he came we were quoted $180 including tax. After he left he said that our tank should be changed and he had a used one that would cost us 20-30$. He took a super long time to do this and proceeded to charge us extra for him taking his time. he came back and replaced the tank and our new bill came to $400.

The tank he ended up putting in HAD MOLD. it took him over a week to come back and give us our old tank back. after so much attitude and grief he switched it back and charged us $300. what a scam but honestly to never have to deal with him again we agreed.

NEVER EVER use this business, Peter has the worst customer service I have ever experienced, rude, condescending, interrupts and just doesn't care.
