I was referred to Dr. Elizabeth by someone who suffers from Chronic Pain as I do. Today was my first appointment with Dr. Elizabeth. I felt immediately at ease and felt like I was " at home" tho he moments I stepped into the clinic. Her receptionist was lovely an ND put me at ease right session.

You cannot find better care than at Trillium Chiropractic. Dr. Elizabeth (chiro) is the most genuine, kind and caring person you can find. She gives each appointment 100% of her focus and attention and gets to know you as an individual. The computerized ProAdjuster is the coolest-- you can see your body's response right there on the computer. Also seeing Colleen for Osteopathy creates the perfect storm. Colleen is so gentle and knowledgeable it is hard to understand how she is treating you but wow do I see results! Whatever is bothering me at the time as a pumpkin farmer, regular gym goer, and a perimenopausal woman approaching 50, these ladies help me with and I feel so much better!

I have fibromyalgia which causes widespread pain over the body. I also broke my back two years ago. Because of that my back pain has increased. Massage therapy was fine, but it really hurt. During my first treatment with Colleen I almost fell asleep on the table - no pain. So far i have gone twice and have hadvery favorable experiences both times. Colleen really listens to you and her techniques seem very effective. I am starting to love this new modality.

Alanna was very knowledgeable, she took time to listen to me and to ask questions. She explained when she found muscle in knots and what she was doing to loosen them. She gave me exercises to do afterwards and made sure that I put ice/ heat on my muscles afterwards. Great first time experience will definitely be going back.
