I went in to get conditioner in bar form since I noticed they carry shampoo in bar form and there was none to be found. Just 3 different bars of shampoo. I understand this is a newer way to sell these products and would love to see more of it as it’s a great way to encourage the community to make the switch to these eco friendly options.

Terrible service at the pharmacy. Long waits for prescriptions called in as urgent. Not a one time thing, it has happened several times. Don’t even think about trying to get someone on the phone either. Switching pharmacies, not worth the hassle.

Company has awful return policy. Purchased an over priced shower stool with no measurements on the packaging went home and determined it would not fit in the tub. Lawtons refused the return or store credit 2 hours after purchase. No employees assisted in the initial sale. Will never shop there again. Will send all future business to Shoppers Drug Mart down the street.

I usually don't go to this store. I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and selection of products. What I liked most was how spacious the isles seemed, and seeing a person diligently stationed at the cash register. No self checkouts, no problem - there was no line up and the service was excellent.

I've been dealing with pharmacies and pharmacists like most people for a long time. I've had so many issues with poorly counted prescriptions in a few establishments but not at Lawtons. The manager Janice is so helpful and always in a great mood. It's always a pleasure to see her.
