Harbourview is a wonderful place with the most amazing staff. Justin is very knowledgeable and helpful. Asta gives the best massage I have ever had. So much so that I come every few weeks to see her now. She is so pleasant and calm. I love that I never feel rushed and she takes her time. If you like a deep massage with pressure, she is a must! I would highly recommend both Justin for chiro and Asta for massage.

Chiropractor Justin Maw does excellent work! He was able to assess and address my issues right from the first appt. I appreciate how he checks your mobility and listens to concerns each visit and does not rush through the treatment. I feel results and he does not suggest many repeat appts. Highly recommend.

Just experienced an amazing session with Kim Ball where she performed the Rain Drop Therapy on me. The whole room smells amazing and as a Young Living user, I know how beneficial each oil is that she uses during the session. Kim is very knowledgeable and professional in session and she also does Clinical Somatic Education. Definitely check her out!

Dr. Shane Stainton is simply the best of the best! I've turned to him on many occasions over the years and he is always eager to help with treatment, exercises and encouragement. His knowledge of Traditional Chinese Medicine, kinesiology and chiropractic is incredible, he applies various techniques and leaves no stone unturned to provide the most effective treatment. He is kind, caring and always attentive to my needs as he helps me through the ups and downs of my healing journey. Dr. Shane and his entire team are truly exceptional.

Front desk reception quite friendly. However, VERY long wait times.

Appointment was scheduled for 2:00pm, Chiropractor seen at 2:42pm. This leads to a poor customer experience that may deter repeat treatment.

Simple fix would be to prioritize customer satisfaction and reduce the amount of bookings available per day.

With that being said - Dr. Rob Mcnabb is FANTASTIC. After just one treatment my LB pain drastically reduced. I will go as far to say that I will return regardless of the 42 minute wait.

UPDATE:

I went in for my second appointment today and the wait time was just over 15 minutes. Which in my experience would be a usual wait time. My assumption is that the wait last time was a one off.

DEFINITELY recommend this clinic and Dr. Mcnabb specifically.

My partner Brooke and I are so grateful to return to our love for movement and sport! We were both experiencing extreme back pain during and before the pandemic and couldn't find relief. We tried a number of options but Chiro was the ticket to living pain free and feeling like ourselves again.
