Uncaring administrative practices. This clinic has a policy of calling you a few days before to confirm your appointment. They leave a message saying "If you don't call back within 5 hours, we're cancelling your appointment." So you better have your phone on you, checking messages, or else this office will cancel your appointment on you. I waited two months for this appointment and took a morning off work to attend this appointment, only to find out my it had been cancelled via this '5 hour' confirmation practice.

This doctor is amazing. When other doctor dropped the ball by not getting me on right meds he took the time with me. He also really takes the time to talk with you. He is a caring man.

Very poor communication. No indication given of wait times and one can expect to hear that you’ll be seen by a doctor “shortly” and end up waiting for well over an hour. Requests for wait times yielded no realistic timeline. Patients are expected to just wait - indefinitely. The office is politely disrespectful of patients.

A request for an appointment to put up heart monitoring devise was sent to the clinic on January 10, 2023 and the clinic calls to schedule an appointment on March 8, 2023; almost 2 months later Totally unacceptable. 😑
