The receptionist for Dr.James is absolutely outstanding… Hannah is her name. She answers emails promptly, and when she says she will call back she does. When my family needs to see the doctor we are in right away. When I call or come in she always has such a happy attitude. Dr.James is a fantastic doctor, very knowledgeable, friendly and caring. The best decision I made for my family was to switch to this doctor. Thank you all for all you do.

The receptionist is very friendly and helpful she is sometimes a little too busy for just one person but that’s every doctors office. Dr James is very helpful and empathetic. They do their best to accommodate short notice and over all the feel of the office is very welcoming.

Dr. Asa Ahimbisibwe Is absolutely incredible, he addressed all of my concerns without even once acting at all like I didn't have a right to be concerned. My family doctor refuses to see me proclaiming the possible tumor in my face is not her problem, but even though it quite literally is not his problem doctor Asa took all of my concerns very seriously And ordered whatever he could to move the process along. He was so much more helpful than every other doctor I've seen that I was near tears at the end of the appointment what an incredible doctor, comma very caring very polite very informative and very knowledgeable wonderful doctor.

Had an appointment with Dr asa at 3:10 and arrived at 3:15… the parking lot is tiny and was full so parking along the road was the only option. Bare in mind the sides of the roads/sidewalks are full of Icy snow and I wasn’t comfortable parking there and walking on ice as I’m 27 weeks pregnant with a sore back. I pulled back into the parking lot and saw 2 staff members leaving so I pulled in and took one of their spots and got inside the office for my appointment for the lady at the front (receptionist for the walk in clinic) telling me Dr Asa and his receptionists just left. So I missed my appointment.

I phoned this morning to ask what had happened and the receptionist was insanely rude and disrespectful. Telling me I should have planned ahead better and I should have made better accommodations. I had to get a babysitter for my 1 year old son for this appointment which isn’t easy these days. She told me it’s not their fault I can’t show up on time and she will defend her doctor “if he leaves I leave” she said. She told me if I have an appointment at 3:10 I need to be leaving an hour early to make it on time.

I’ve never in my entire life had such a bad negative experience with a doctor and his staff. This woman was so disrespectful it’s mind blowing. She told me I should be apologizing to them for being late. How can an OB doctor not have any sympathy or understanding for pregnant woman being a few minutes late for their appointment? And being shamed by the receptionist over it as if im happy about being slow and taking longer to get places. As I said I have a bad back this pregnancy and takes me a while to get around.

I waited 3 weeks for this appointment and to have him just leave 5 minutes after my appointment time because he had somewhere to be is beyond disrespectful. The receptionist told me their office hours are 9-3 and he did me favour by taking me at 3:10. This is so unprofessional they can’t take clients on and than make them feel bad when THEY made the decision to schedule me at that time, it’s not my fault.

Anyways I’m flabbergasted at how rude the receptionist was I’ve never been so disrespected before. I absolutely REFUSE to see this doctor and his staff. Should not be working in this field with pregnant people with this attitude.
