Amazing experience! I highly recommend this clinic. I was waiting at the hospital for 3 hours and said screw it and came to this clinic. Very fast and amazing service! I was in and out within 20 minutes! Thank you guys again for the amazing service!😊

Great Practice. The doctors take their time to listen to your concerns and answer questions. They are also very thorough. I also like the friendly demeanour and patience of the doctors at the clinic. Another big bonus is that they usually run on time so the wait time isn’t very long as was in other practices I have attended in the past where I always has to wait 1-2 hours to be seen for merely 5 minutes before I was rushed out. I am very happy attending this practice and have full trust and faith in the doctors there. Very happy to have found this place.

Visited this walk in clinic for the first time on Saturday morning and it was one of the fastest walk in clinic I have been to in Canada. Doctor was also very knowledgable and explained us everything really well. We left the clinic within an hour even though there were 5-6 people ahead of me. Definitely recommend them

Incredibly skilled drs. I had an online consult that flagged potential breast cancer. I had a mammogram ordered and a referral to an excellent surgeon at the Trillium network. Because of the drs sense of urgency and accurate medical instincts I am on the other side of successful breast cancer surgery.

Very courteous receptionist, doctor and pharmacist. The doctor was very patient and listened to everything I had to say, before giving a diagnosis for my toddler. We were done in less than an hour, including wait time and purchase of medicines.

Let me start off by saying this review isn't judging the staff's character - they seem like decent people... Just incompetent.

I called the clinic as soon as they opened as it states they require people to book appointments first. I called a dozen times with no answer so I headed over with my 1 year old. Upon arrival the clinic was full and there were 10 people ahead of us.

During our wait the doctor called someone back who got there after another patient. Then the same thing happened to us- someone was called back who arrived after we did. 2.5 hours waiting with a crying baby so I was obviously not happy.

We get in with the doctor who seems fixated on the colour of my baby's face rather than the discharge pouring out of her eyes. She's not pale and if she is, sure- she's not feeling well, sir.

He then tells me to give her baby advil if she spikes a fever again (to which I laugh- WHAT advil Where can I get said advil). He then tells me if I can't find any, to "cut up adult Tylenol into equal parts, crush it up and give it to her in water". First of all... No. Second of all... What? Even if I considered doing this which I would not, she's 1 and Tylenol is bitter, there is no way I'm getting that into my child. Not only is this extremely dangerous, but it's irresponsible and flat out stupid advice especially coming from a DOCTOR.

I tell him I want our prescription sent to another pharmacy because at this point I've lost all confidence. So I walk out to grab my prescription and again.... Waiting. No one prints it. It's not signed. No communication saying I don't want our prescription from this pharmacy so it's in line up to be made by pharmacist.

All in all, don't go here. If I could give it 0 stars, I would.

This is the worst place I've ever dealt with. They have been placing my old doctors name on my prescription refills and when I asked them where they are they don't know? I ask then who is filling my prescription, they don't know I was seeing what they told me was my family doctor for over four years, to now the clinic doesn't know where the doctor is, wont do in person appointments. They have zero answers for anything. They changed everything and never let anyone know. I think I need to file a report.

The staff here are polite, helpful, and caring--including the doctor. They don't rush you through your appointment, and they actually listen to you when you're describing what's going on without trying to talk over you or steer the conversation. Appointments occasionally run late during their busy times (this has only happened to me once or twice), but it's well worth the attention you get. I've had frequent consultations for ongoing issues and I really feel like my input is respected and I'm contributing to my treatment plan rather than just being told "do this, do that" without any say in the matter. They do use a lot of telemedicine at this clinic, which I don't mind at all--I think it works perfectly fine and is a great use of technology. The staff here is skilled and compassionate and I have never felt more welcome in a doctor's office. I strongly recommend this clinic, especially if you want to feel like the people helping you actually care about your wellbeing.
