Dr. Rawas is incredible. She listens and takes things you say into account. I haven’t had alot of that with doctors, historically. A lot of them have tunnel vision and don’t appreciate that we know our bodies. When I had to get a new physician I didn’t know what to expect but am truly happy I landed in her care. I feel heard, I feel respected and I feel at ease. My only pain point with this clinic has absolutely nothing to do with her. They are quite hard to get a hold of but when I have needed prescription refills and the pharmacy faxed, they have called to ask me to go in. The first time they brought me in just a few days and this last time they offered to fit me in same day. In the medical environment we are in, we do need to learn to advocate for ourselves a bit more and ensure we are asking the pharmacies to request refills two weeks out, to be safe. If you pay their annual fee than there is no waiting at all. The pharmacists also know the environment we are in. No matter what your prescription is, remember they can request a refill for you at any time. That doesn’t mean they are dispensing it before you are able to renew. Plan ahead.

Unfortunately my work benefits don’t cover prescription refill fees and money is tight but I am satisfied that there is a reasonable way around it.

I am so happy with Dr. Gantareddy. I have health anxiety and he is the most calm and laid back doctor. I’m always anxious going in there but once I speak to him I feel so much better. He is very knowledgable and doesn’t rush you out of his office.

Lots of people mentioning long wait times and hard to get a hold of office. This can be true but it’s the same for any medical clinic.

It is extremely frustrating to try and get a hold of this doctors office. I understand if you have too many patients and the phone wait times are a lot I get it. But I don’t get how I can never get a hold of someone, when I try and call I can’t even leave a voicemail and are on hold for 20 min each time and then it hangs up as there’s no one available. Then I simply ask for in writing what my results were from a procedure I got done and they can’t give me a straight answer. I can’t understand the receptionist either as there’s clearly a language barrier. I am beyond annoyed and would rather go to the hospital or walk in then be at this doctors office.

I’m happy with my doctor (Dr. Singh) but customer service at the front desk it’s really disorganized. You can’t ever go through when you call and when you leave the message they never call back. Also they are not the nicest, it’s seems like they don’t wanna work there , not even a smile .

honestly, I cannot fathom why the receptionist are so disorganized. It's really pathetic. I don't know you guys need to train your front staff better hire maybe a designated head admin. Customer service is a priority, especially when you're dealing with peoples health and collecting data from other clinics. Its actually quite scary!!

Worst experience in my life. I was 15 minutes late, I called multiple times, left voice-mail and sent a msg on the platform. When I arrived and waited in line for over 5 minutes while the receptionist spoke in another language to the person in front of me - she told me the doctor won't see me because I am 25 minutes late - how is me waiting in line to check in my fault. I am never late, always wait the 45 minutes to an hour to see my doctor and now that I am 15 minutes late, the doctor won't see me. Receptionist was rude and couldn't understand that the time of me waiting to check in and wait for her to talk to the doctor is longer than my appointment would have taken - very disappointed with Coronation and how poorly the new doctor Joseph and her receptionist treats people. Time to change providers.

Can be hard to get an appointment, but good doctors at the clinic. The low rating is because they chisel you for three bucks parking each visit. How can any health care provider not validate parking?

This office is a joke. I get put on hold for $15-20 mins and they answer not knowing and they are all talking and giggling instead of taking phone calls. And keep asking me for money for prescriptions for no reason. I would not go here. Plus u wait an hour after your appt time
