Dr. Tahkar is is wonderful she's a life Saver.
I think they took on way too many patients.
Receptionists are nice. I wish they accepted faxes like ever other Dr's office.
Systems don't seem to always be in sync. The wrong desk and Dr's. Very disorganized.
I would recommend!

I have been on Dr Griffoen's roster for years and have never seen him in person. This despite the fact that there is a sign posted on the wall, saying "It's not actually about more testing, but rather maintaining a good relationship with your doctor. Having open conversations, partnering around prevention, and trying to make positive change are critical to making the most of preventive visits with your family doctor." I have no idea what that is!

As of today - Saturday - I have been waiting 3h (so far) at emergency for an eye injury that could have been handled at the doctor's office or at a walk-in clinic, but when I called, they sent me here. Every other case is more urgent than I am. Not impressed. If not for Dr Mario and the difficulty of finding a new physician, I would have left Monark Medical long ago.

VERY POOR diagnosticians. VERY POOR referral system. VERY POOR communications. Exceptionally BAD at including UP-TO-DATE test results for referred-to MD. After TWO years of the SAME health issue, which has still not been correctly diagnosed, I saw a "referred-to" MD who made a WRONG diagnosis based on an OLD test result!!! Absolutely POOR treatment - I suspect there is a cash register in the back somewhere , where the financial total for the day is recorded. The front line staff, however, is lovely and I hear great things about Dr. Mario who is a doctor in his own country but doesn't have a medical license in Canada. Bet that if Dr. Mario opened up his own practice, most of the patients of Monarch Medical would be gone! I'm looking, and hoping to find a new doctor unless I die before that happens.

Very terrible service. I requested a prescription refill a month prior (was filled by the pharmacist in the mean time). After multiple conversations over email, I called for the fifth time and was able to speak to someone where they told me they do not accept refill requests by fax from a pharmacy. Would’ve been nice to know a month ago when I spoke to them. Now I am without my prescription and they are telling the only appointment available is if I call on Saturday or Sunday and they will give me an hour time frame to come in.that is not an appointment. Blown away by how awful their communication and service is.

Dr. Sumair Motiwala has been an exceptional family doctor, providing outstanding care and attention, especially with our newborn. I wish I could give them negative rating.. I had an appointment today in between 3-4 pm and I reached there at 3:30 pm today and the clinic was closed. Such a horrible, unethical and unprofessional service they are providing the patients. They called me at 2:55 asking me to come at 3pm, if they wanted me to come early just give me an early appointment before. I cancelled all my Saturday plans just to see the doctor and this is what they do. On the top of it, you could never talk to them over the phone. Highly unprofessional service they have.

Will not take a prescription refill appointment on weekdays unless you want to spend $20. Made an appointment for Saturday and they completely overbooked as is their practice We waited 2+ hrs to see the doctor AND WE HAVE AN APPOINTMENT! This place has good people working in it but the owners care nothing for the patients, it’s just about how much money can we squeeze out of the system regardless of its affect on the people. AVOID!!!

The Clinic service is good offering different time options (including weekends) and the staff is great and always ready to support me when I most need it. The Physician (Dr. Motiwalla) is great! Very supportive and ready to help. I do recommend it.
