I can only say great things about this medical practice. The online booking is so convenient and I’ve always been able to get same day urgent concern appointments for my young son and I. Dr Cindy and Dr Olivia have been fantastic and really care about their patient’s well being. I’ve also had nothing but great experiences with the nurse practitioner, medical assistants and receptionist. The after hours clinic has been so helpful for my family as well. Thank you for your care Two Rivers!

Although I rarely need to see my doctor, when I do, Dr's Zhou and Ly are pleasant, patient and very quick to set up any necessary appointments i need. They are always prompt in sending me my results. I am very fortunate to have them as my physicians and I will continue to drive the hour and a half from my residence to see them. Thank you

I received a call saying there was a message in my file. I called right when the clinic opened, was forwarded to the triage nurse only to have no one pick up. I called reception and they said they would get the nurse to leave the message in my voice-mail. 2pm hits and still no call. I call again and leave a message. The nurse calls at 3:38 and leaves a voice-mail (that doesn't include the message they apparently need to tell me) and says a snarky "thanks for playing telephone tag" and to call back. I called back for 8 minutes straight only to have a nurse pickup the phone and slam it back down. I called again for another 12 minutes and then the clinic closes. The clinic has been slowly getting worse over the past few months with calls and making appointments.

Dr shurter is a amazing Dr, always takes time to really chat without judgement and gets me referrals quickly!! In a world where it's hard to get a great physician I'm soo so happy to have her 🙂

If I could give less then one star I would. I have had enough of this place. I could get my grandfather into another doctor I would. They only care about billing OHIP and not about the quality of care for their patients. They always seem to forget to refill all the scripts and are extremely difficult to deal with. Our pharmacy hates them. The ladies that worksheet front desk are rude difficult and very argumentative.

My Grandfather never seem get all his meds and it's a fight to get a proper renewal. When he fell and hurt his shoulder I asked for an xray and ultrasound. Dr. GEDDES only did the xray which showed nothing only to make me take another half day off work two weeks later to bring him back in order the get a referral for an ultrasound. So he could bill OHIP yet again. He make use bring him in every few months in order to renew all his scripts that he has been on for YEARS! Cash grab. This $25 per script shit is also a cash grab, do you know how many damn pills he take. This is outrageous. The government needs to stop this.

My family has been patients of Dr.Whan from the very beginning.She has been a very caring family doctor over the years. I have nothing but good things to say about her. I understand it takes time to be able to get in to see her but I’ve been fortunate enough to get in when there’s something really urgent and the receptionist or nurses got me in.She does take her time to go over results and reposts with me and answers and questions or concerns I may have. I’m just really grateful to have her as my family physician.The whole team at this clinic don’t get appreciated enough. Just wanted to say Thank you to them all.

Dr. Sahota recently became our family doctor and he has done a wonderful job with our care. My son was diagnosed with croup on Christmas and he took the time to follow up and explain in detail what I was looking for if I needed to go back to the hospital which I really appreciated especially with a 1 year old who can’t tell me how he’s feeling it really can feel like a guessing game sometimes. He has been very supportive of my health after giving birth and has given me a lot of helpful advice as a new mom. He was also very effective and thorough with my husband who has pneumonia (it’s been a lovely christmas lol) and sent him for a chest x ray and gave him the proper treatment and at home remedies.

Didn’t have the best experience with the breastfeeding class / lc. It was advertised as supportive of all types of breastfeeding (nursing or pumping) but did not leave the class or appointment feeling prepared to pump and due to my son having jaundice he wouldn’t latch and I ended up having to pump so he would eat and I could avoid formula and I relied a lot on google and friends to get me through breastfeeding.

Dominique (the nutritionist) was wonderful and so knowledgeable and non judgmental with the introduction to solids class and i really felt prepared to start solids with my son who is not 12 months and a wonderful eater!

Dr. Raj is the worst family doctor anyone could have. I am going through so much because of otosclerosis. I had to visit another country to get surgery because I was experiencing almost 70% hearing loss, and he never took it seriously. I waited for a referral that he never provided, and after more than two years, he is asking me to get a hearing test again, even though he knows I have hearing loss. My left ear needs surgery, but he kept delaying
