My experience with Dr. Beshay as my on call doctor was awful to say the least. If you are a breast feeding mother I would seek care else where. He does not care about the health of the mother. I saw him this morning to help with extreme facial/eye inflammation as a last resort after seeing my own family doctor, a dermatologist, pharmacists and telehealth after being in excruciating pain for 13 days. He gave me yet another cream I could try, I had an extreme allergic reaction with worse swelling, burned skin, severe redness and cracked open skin.i felt like I was on fire. After consulting 3 pharmacists this same evening to try to get any relief I was advised I needed an oral tablet to help and to avoid the creams as they had only made it worse and more irritated. I got back in touch with Beshay at 9pm on a Saturday night through telehealth for the second time and he straight up refused to prescribe me the oral pill due to breast feeding. I decided to make the heard decision that I would stop BF and wanted to help my own health at this point but he would not let me, and suggested I go to emerge and get it out in through IV instead to keep BF. INSANE. The nerve to make the decision FOR MY BODY is atrocious. Even the telehealth nurse was apologetic and suggested I go to a walk in to find a random doctor to prescribe it to me. Pushing my 13 day inflammation yet another night until I could be seen by someone new. Shameful. It’s clear he’s a man with no care for woman as their own entity and only as a milk source.

My experience with Dr. Ezzat Beshay - Shepherd Medical Centre - was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. Not only did we encounter rude behavior from the receptionist while waiting to see the doctor, but when we actually needed medical attention, the doctor was frequently unavailable or too busy to help.

What's more concerning is their policy of not allowing patients to seek help from walk-in clinics, pushing us to go to the emergency room instead. On several occasions, after waiting up to 9 hours in the emergency room, we were advised to see our family doctor, only to find out that the earliest available appointment was at least a month away. This delay meant our children had to endure unnecessary discomfort and wait excessively for basic medical care, such as a simple antibiotic prescription.

Furthermore, the clinic has a practice of scheduling fake appointments without informing patients, leading to surprise fees for missed appointments that we were unaware of. This tactic seems designed to exploit patients rather than provide genuine medical care.

Overall, my experience with Dr. Ezzat Beshay has been characterized by poor service, unavailability of timely medical care, and questionable business practices. I strongly advise others to reconsider using this clinic for their healthcare needs.

Dr. Beshay has been our family doctor for almost a year now. He never ignores a symptom and is always very precise. He is one of the few family doctors who work on Saturdays, which is perfect for our work schedule. We are so thankful to have him as our family doctor.
