I have been using GRSM for the last 20 years with several different staff members.

In high school they helped recover from competitive sport injuries, (ankles and back) during basketball and volleyball seasons.

And as I've aged, I've gone to them for the quirky issues that arise with age. feet, hands, wrists, backs, orthotics. They continue to provide support and make my recovery journey welcoming and successful.

Have to also give a great shout to the admin staff who are always lovely and very easy to work with when booking appointments. Direct billing is also a win!

Highly recommend them for any physio needs.

Kevin Carlaw was an excellent physiotherapist, he helped me discover the source of my problems with acupuncture. All staff was welcoming, warm, and treat you like family.

A very professional staff…and at the same time, very welcoming and caring.
I have recently had a full knee replacement and my recovery has been an adventure. My physio (Kevin) is incredible and a few weeks ago, I forgot my sheet of exercises which I had brought to show my physio. I called the office…spoke to Nicole in the office…and she kindly photocopied it and emailed it to me…within 5 min. Nicole, Sue and the team are always so cheerful and supportive.
I highly recommend this group!

I've been a patient at GRSM for 15yrs. I referee tackle football locally for 25 years. Dana and I have worked together to keep this old machine going. Through two knee surgeries, calf muscle torn from the bone, foot , shoulders GRSM has been able to help me recover and improve. It also limits the need for pharmaceutical pain relief.
Highly recommend.
