I have been to this walk in a couple of times and I have always found the front desk staff to be very efficient and professional. The Dr's are friendly, fast and very thorough.
This clinic is run very efficiently and your wait won't be too long.
The drug store that is attached is also fast and will have your medication ready for you within minutes. They also will take any of your

I had a very disappointing experience at Hopeton Walk-In Clinic. Last week, I visited the clinic without a health card and paid for my consultation. Later, I went to Service Ontario, got a new health card, and was informed that I could reclaim the amount I paid.

When I returned to the clinic, the receptionist initially told me I could get a refund and even handed me the money. However, moments later, she rudely took it back, stating that refunds are only for health card renewals, not for new health cards. The lack of clarity and professionalism was extremely frustrating.

To make things worse, the receptionist was very rude throughout the interaction. Instead of calmly
explaining the policy, she was dismissive and unprofessional. Patients deserve clear communication and respectful treatment, especially when dealing with health-related matters.

I would not recommend this clinic to anyone who values good customer service.

The one start is for the doctor who was so polite and had a very good understanding of what he is doing.

I recently visited this clinic and had an outstanding experience from start to finish. The receptionists and pharmacy staff were incredibly helpful and polite, making me feel welcomed right away. But the real highlight was the doctor – he wasn’t only professional but also went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and well cared for. I truly appreciated their attention to detail and thorough explanations. It's clear that this clinic values both its patients and the quality of care they provide. Definitely worth visiting!

I got very poor service at this clinic today. Receptionist was very rude and even last time when I went she was rude. They provide very very bad service. Doctor mentioned that they deal with patient’s one problem at a time. He wanted to leave because of other patients and didn’t even check me completely. When I told receptionist that one test recommendation is missing and it’s not marked on the form. She said you will have to come next time. Are we suppose to go for tests twice due to their poor service. Like seriously, I got time off from work to see the doctor. I don’t recommend this clinic to anyone.

I called before going to the clinic and asked abiut the wait time but they said they don't have a wait time and if we showed up NOW the doctor will see us right away. When we went to the clinic within 7 minutes, the clinic was full packed and we had to wait for two and a half hours to get seen. I would have walked out if it was not for my infants health. They just said it's nothing and to watch her. All the other clinics atleast tell us the wait times and we prepare accordingly, but they prefer to lie. I don't recommend.

The receptionist is rude and unkind. Went to the clinic for my son, unfortunately did not know the healthcard got expired. She asked for money as said in other comments here, they only want money.
In fact she should have asked for refundable deposit, returned once showed the card updated within 3 months. But she denied admitting us.
0 knowledge and just said pay $75. I told her I am in disbelief as all my other kids and me and my spouse's cards were updated as we visited service ontario recently. Lack of knowledge is not a big deal, but receptionist, especially at a clinic should be compassionate, if not just normal. They are unkind, 0 empathy and has no knowledge, no wonder this clinic was without patients when we already visited 2 other full clinics.

Receptionist is very kind reeta and one more if am not wrong. makes everyone feels welcome she walked me through the forms and process and registered me in smoothly wait was quite a bit but thats normal wherever u go for walk-ins booked my future appointments and she also wrote them separately down on card for me helped me pick good dates . Thank you

Worst experience ever. Went there as my bf was concerned and was sent for an ultrasound and we told by the doctor that we saw at the clinic that we could call in 3 days after the ultrasound for the results as he is only there once every couple of weeks. So we called for the results only to be told that they can’t give them over the phone. Complete bullshit. Then when I called to complain the receptionist was complete and utterly rude. I have worked in healthcare before and this is not the way a clinic should have people answering their phones. They caused my boyfriend to have a panic attack. Will be looking for a new clinic, and to pursue further in a case.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS CLINIC FOR ANYONES HEALTHCARE NEEDS.
