I found MM Physio after seeing all the amazing 5-star reviews, and they were able to accommodate me with a same day appointment. I can’t say enough good things about my experience here! Jay is fantastic—always friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. The whole team, including PT assistants and admin, is incredibly welcoming and kind. After seeing great results with my own treatment I started bringing my child for pediatric physiotherapy with Pooja, and it's been an equally positive experience. Now, the whole family goes! Everyone there is so wonderful and accommodating with kids. Highly recommend.

I would definitely recommend MM Physio. I am so happy I chose them as their service is top notch. All of their staff are so kind and caring and make you feel very welcome and comfortable as soon as you walk through the door. I've had an amazing experience with MM Physio. They have supported me and by baby very well through our postpartum journey. Their pelvic floor and pediatric treatment is particularly outstanding. Pooja was very knowledgeable and understanding as she treated me and my daughter. I can't say enough good things. I also had excellent massages done by Vaishali. They were rejuvenating and relaxing, promoting my recovery. The entire clinic staff is very friendly and professional. I always feel like I am in good hands for all my physio needs with them.

MM physio has rehabilitation technology recommended by my orthopedic surgeon I could not find locally in Waterloo. So I've been driving down there for each appointment. I could not be happier with the results. The staff are compassionate, and flexible. They can adjust their schedule at the last minute. I was dealing with a chronic issue, and they carefully indexed and measured my progress to the point of recovery. I couldn't recommend them higher.
