The tech was great, he asked lots of questions and wanted to understand more about my issues. Front desk was great too.

I had to walk in to book my appointment but was seen within a week, and I didn’t wait long the day of my appointment.

There’s a lot of comments about not answering the phone or wait times but everyone needs to understand that folks working in healthcare are busy right now, have a little patience.

My last experience was good, but I’m leaving this review as I have been trying to contact the company the past 48hrs for an appointment rebooking and the phone line is unreachable- I’ve tried from a few different numbers and it always ends in weird screeched and beeping. Hopefully they can fix this.

Went for my anatomy ultrasound. Tara was wonderful. Took her time and made me feel very comfortable! Haven’t had the greatest experience with previous ultrasounds at other clinics so it was nice being taken care of properly and professionally. Thank you

Great little office. I ran across them by accident while at the lab for bloodwork, and I'm glad I did! I called the other places and they had a wait of 2+ months for an ultrasound. I called these fine folks that same day and got an appointment for both an x-ray and ultrasound in a week! Clean facilities, friendly staff, overall a great experience. No issues getting in touch with them, and no issues with communication/waiting while we were there. I doubt I'll go anywhere else in the future.

Nobody at the front desk, waited around for 5-10 minutes. Watched someone else get asked to sit down and wait and then the receptionist forgot about them. Ultrasound guy was very rude. First of all he opened the door while I had my shirt up and said “it’s too hot in here”. Proceeded to shove the napkins down my pants in a way that made me uncomfortable. Instructions weren’t clear and he seemed irritated. Very unpleasant fellow. The lady who took my xray was much nicer and had a pleasant experience at that point. Will not be returning and would not recommend this location.

I had an incredible experience! My son was in a dirt bike accident that severely injured his ankle. After seeing the x-ray technician, we needed to schedule an ultrasound. The earliest local appointment was three months away, which was unacceptable. I called around and this location managed to get us in the very next morning at 9:45 AM, less than 24 hours after we left the hospital. The receptionist was fantastic over the phone, and the ultrasound doctor was highly knowledgeable and made the entire experience much less frightening! 5 ⭐️

I wish i was able to give lower rating! This place used to be so good you can call and book appointments and etc. but now since they moved to new location and seems new staff they never answer phone calls i have tried calling them 15 times today but no answer. My appointment was 10 days ago and my doctor hasn’t got my results and i was told it will take 2-3 days!

Reception staff were helpful, friendly and positive.
And even better I was able to get an appointment within days instead of months.

The ultrasound technician might have been dressed casually, but there was nothing casual about his attitude. He was friendly, professional, thorough, and passionate about his work.
