We had an exceptional experience at this walk-in clinic! From the moment we walked in, the reception staff were warm, efficient, and incredibly helpful.
A special mention goes to Dr. Andre, who is truly outstanding. He was not only extremely knowledgeable but also took the time to listen to our concerns with kindness and empathy. Went here yesterday with my toddler…wait time wasn’t too bad. Receptionist okay but overall pleased with the service we received. After two trips to the ER with my son having a fever for over a week we were just sent home. The medication the doctor prescribed yesterday worked wonders for my son and he’s feeling so much better in just one day. This will definitely be my go to walk-in clinic.

When doctor Sameer used to meet patients, it was much better. Now every time I go, there’s a different doctor and they have different things to tell and diagnose me with. And the people at the pharmacy are extremely rude and painfully slow. I met the doctor in no time but for the prescription I had to wait for an hour and a half. The pharmacists didn’t coordinate. And kept being rude to me when they were at fault. The previous pharmacists were much better and used to always explain how medicines have to be taken. The new pharmacists don’t care and just give the medicine in your hand.

Everyone was so kind and willing to help. I was in and out in a half hour with my prescription filled on site.
The doctor was knowledgeable and funny, the front staff went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of, and the pharmacist was so nice and informative.

I had the worst experience at this walk-in clinic. The reception staff were incredibly unprofessional and unhelpful. I even had an issue where they couldn’t provide me with cash back, which was extremely frustrating. I ended up wasting my time there and had to leave and go to a different clinic.

Worst clinic and staff that I have ever seen.
They just don’t care and moreover don’t even know what they are doing.
Reception staff kept on shuffling cards and literally lost the forms as well.
If you want to save your time and you are really sick. Don’t ever visit this clinic.

Bad walk-in experience.

Not transparent with wait times, kept telling my wife only 10 mins while the doctor went on lunch break and then attended to other people afterwards

Ended up waiting for 1 hour and left with an appointment for the next day instead

Update:

The next day was even worse, receptionist says she double booked and we ended up waiting 50 mins again.

Stay clear from this place so unprofessional I am DONE

The wait at this clinic is not long, and they have a pharmacy on site. Just know if you need to pay for something the clinic only takes cash. The pharmacy will take debit or credit card but they don’t offer cash back.
