Finding anything gluten free & dairy free that doesn't taste like cardboard is hard, especially pizza dough. I had come to the conclusion that I would never have good pizza again because every dough that I tried was awful. Until I tried Mimi's. I went into the experience with the lowest of hopes, but one LOOK at the cooked dough and I knew the one was different. It is light and airy like "regular" pizza dough and truly it is hard to find anything bad to say about it. The sheeted gluten free dough is just as amazing as the pizza dough balls! I will never buy pizza dough anywhere else. I will never order pizza again. Mimi's has a fan for life with me!

Popped in today to pick up gluten-free focaccia. YUM! Kicking myself that I didn't pick up at least 2. My daughter has recently developed a bunch of food sensitivies, gluten/wheat being one of them. I've devoured almost half the focaccia. Not sure there will be any left for her to try...must pick up some more tomorrow!

I have been visiting Mimi Foods for a few years now and every summer, I make a few trips to pick up their cases of pizza dough. My family tends to entertain quite a bit throughout the summer months and with our traditional wood burning oven in the backyard, its no question that pizza's are being made weekly. With my passion and love for food, I used to make my own pizza dough until I met Mike at Mimi Foods. I realized that the time it took me to make my own dough versus the time it took to visit Mimi, have a coffee with Mike and pick up a case of 100 dough's was much more worth it for me. The quality of Mimi's dough is exceptional and you are guaranteed to delivery the best tasting pizza to anyone who has the pleasure of enjoying it with you. Great place to purchase frozen pizza dough, breads, pasta sauces and many other items. Hidden jewel in a plaza if you like to make your own foods. Great staff and friendly environment with big freezers right at the entrance.

Fantastic dough. Got the 8’ minis and they stretched out to what you’d consider to be a medium size pizza. Nice chew and flavour. Quality product. Very impressed!! Looking forward to trying other items!

The pizza dough is great. You can spread it out by hand on a piece of parchment paper. Place it in your barbecue or pizza oven, after 60 seconds. Remove the parchment paper, Presto works every time. They have half baked folding bread that goes well with prosciutto, arugula, goat cheese, fig jam, And olive oil
