Getting tiles here for my second renovations project already. Best customer service and obviously I can’t speak enough about their selection.
Azar helped me this time and she was amazing. Also they offer coffee and espresso, that’s a nice touch.

Went tile shopping last week on Jane Street in Vaughan. Walked into one store (4 letters) so many employees around, passing me and not one person acknowledged me or greeted me. Left and went to Rivalda Tiles walked in and Vincent immediately greeted me with a big smile asked me if I needed assistance. Vincent showed me so many options and colour coordinations. He was so patient and knowledgeable….this is called customer service. Price was not discussed didn’t care I knew he would do his best and of course he did. To the owner and staff at Rivalda Tiles a big shout out to you all. For the rest walk into this place and learn what customer service is!!! The selection is awesome. If your tile shopping don’t waste your time anywhere else!!!

Rivalda Tiles is a hidden gem. If you’re looking for unique designs, this is the place. Plus, the staff really know their stuff saved me from picking the wrong grout color!

I purchased tiles for all the washrooms at my renovated house and I did the pick up myself.
The pros/cons will help you to deal with them properly.

Pros
- huge selection of tiles (they got 2 stores)
- prices are great
- customer service tries to be genours when they releazed they messed up

Cons
- horrible with inventory control
**I picked up my tiles a week after purchase, and they sold out on one of the tiles I purchase so they gave me couple other similar options to pick from which worked out very well
**So make sure to pick up your tiles when you purchase them to avoid disappointment
- wrong orders (receipts)
**They charged me full price but missed giving me the pink slip for one of the tiles but after a long investigation, they figured out they messed up and gave me my tiles
**So make sure to check your receipt with all the tiles and the right amount before purchase
- unorganized inventory between the 2 stores
**At pick up count the tiles and make sure you got all the tiles.

My contractor has a relationship with this place, and we went with them to pick tiles for our bathroom reno. Since the contractor's designer was taking us through the place and filling out all the order paperwork, we had minimal contact with Rivalda staff, but when we had questions, they were knowledgeable and helpful. The contractor got us a great discount, and they have gorgeous stuff. This is not home depot stuff. This is the good stuff. It was a good experience, and our bathroom tile looks amazing. If we had gone through the place on our own, without the designer, I would have been paralyzed by choice, and uncertain what questions to ask. So if you have to go on your own, do some research beforehand.
