We came here during holiday season when visiting the Outlet. The store is located within the outlet.

They offer a wide range of kitchen and dinning stuff. They had a pretty huge sales over the holidays on almost every item.

Their items range from utensils and dinning plates to small kitchen appliences like coffee machines and baking stuff.

We picked up some stuff and were really happy with the purchase.

Staff is super nice and friendly, and they are always around and happy to help and check their inventory if needed.

The store is pretty spacious for what they offer and has free outdoor parking as part of the outlet.

Went here to look for new dinner set plates, when we thought we found what we wanted, we asked the young sales lady for help to reach the plates for us just so we can see it closer and get to feel the quality. She pointed us the ladder and in my mind, is she asking me to use the ladder on my own risk? (wasn’t sure if I was allowed to use theirs) and then I ask her again if she can grab it for us, and she gave us rude , inappropriate service! On a brighter side, the other older lady was really nice to me!

Great experience here - I called and placed an item on hold. Manager and the associates were very nice, knowledgeable, and helpful! I appreciated the time they took to help me. They answered all my questions and ultimately I left with a few different items and an add on that was a great value! Thank you for changing my experience around form another location! Your kindness was truly appreciated.

Wonderful staff!

My husband and I have visited this location a few times and while sometimes you'll get a more personalized experience than others, the staff puts in the effort to make recommendations and answer any questions you have. Special shout out to Mary, who was nice enough to put a mug on hold for us after we got home with a set, only to realize one was chipped. Mary was very helpful over the phone and doing the exchange was a breeze when we went in a few days later.

I don't normally leave reviews much less a negative one but my recent experience at the Tangers Outlet location left a sour taste in my mouth. I was looking for a gift for someone and walked in and saw an item labeled door crasher. I selected the item then ultimately headed to check out their clearance section at the back of the store. On my way there one of the staff asked if she can put the item at the desk. I told her I hadn't made up my mind as yet then proceeded to select another item to add to my purchase. When I got to the counter the item scanned for higher than the price. I showed the cashier and anothe staff where I got the item. They both acknowledged that it was an error and proceeded to change the price. But would not honor the lower price. I ultimately left the store without the items, after some debate due to the staff unwillingness to honor the lower price. I think the staff should be taught customer service.

I always liked this store when there was a location in Toronto. It's unfortunate that I have to travel all the way to Cookstown, but worth it. They have a lot of nifty items and reasonably priced.

This has to be the best customer experience I've had in a long time. The store was busy people wanting help and the associate was fantastic, she did not get stressed she took her time explained everything and even went in the back to see if she had another butter dish. So knowledgeable about her stock and product. Please if the manager reads this please a payrise is in order. She went above and beyond. We the customers all said she was fantastic.

Not a bad store, we found what we were looking for at the price we were expecting to pay. I would say some items were well priced while others we found a tad expensive. You could find many comparable items at a Walmart, and priced a lot better. But all in all, not a bad store.
