We had a very good experience at Tri City Home Medical Equipment. Their customer service is top notch and they accommodate the needs and schedule of their clients.

They didn't have an available travel scooter at first when I called but they ordered it without a purchase yet, and I already forgot about it but Kaylie followed up with a call. It was for my mom and they gave a good offer so we purchased it with a reclining chair.

We asked if it can be delivered soon because we will be away in the next few days and they managed to accommodate our request and delivered the next day.

We really appreciate a busines like them, where you feel they care about their customers. We will be buying again with them for any medical equipment needs of my parents. Highly recommend them! Everyone who worked there are great!

We have been dealing with Tri City Home Medical Equipment for many years for a variety of products and services, and although they have always provided great and friendly service, I have to say their technician Eric is exceptionally wonderful. I found him to be a savior! Although his schedule was jam packed for 2 weeks, due to what I felt was an urgent safety issue with my dad's chair lift, he made the time in his day on the same day that I called the office to go to my dad's and assess the situation with his chair lift, and within 2 days he was back at my dad's with an ordered part and he serviced my dad's chair lift to ensure that my dad would be safe in the event of an emergency. Thank you ever so much Eric for your outstanding service and friendliness!
