I am blown away by the negative comments here. I am completely impressed with Cody. There might be something wrong with his website I don’t know. I have met him at the 400 market, he offered me free product just because he believes in them so much. I have ordered from him via text and received my order in one day. Please reach out to Cody on Facebook because what I read here does not sound like his level of service. Thank you Cody for making me believe in customer service again.

I usualy support these guys. I buy from them all the time at 400 Market. Their products are great. That's why it hurts me to do this. I ordered $145 worth of products from them from their website a month ago. Still have not received even an email back, no order confirmation, nothing. But my money went through no problem. I emailed them, called them, left messages on their Facebook page, Instagram page, and still no response. Too bad. They have great products. They lost a great supporter.

Just came back from the 400 flea market. Cody is super knowledgeable and helpful. Mushrooms have so many health benefits and Cody walks you through the good ones and bad ones. Unfortunately his supply is limited so you got to get there early. Looking forward try some new things, like mushroom jerky🤔

I place a 300$+ order... the paypal payment did pass... tried contacting them multiples times. NO answers. After seeing those reviews I dont expect to receive my package!!! Just lost a lot of money. I guess not all Mushroom people are PURE! 🙂

Stay away! I ordered from this site months ago and never received my order. To make matters worse, all attempts to make contact and enquire about the status of my order were ignored. Do yourself a favour and buy your Chaga products elsewhere!
