It is always a delight when I get to stop by this store. The staff are quite friendly and patient while I shop. I love that they lent me a simple fabric bag when I had forgotten my own.

I am definitely a Tula Pink fan and I love that they carry those fabrics as well as many others. I am slowly amassing a collection of rulers and patterns for quilting.

My only complaint is that I haven't been able to take a class because all of the ones that I am interested in fill-up before I notice them (some of the classes have very limited spots) but I assume that I will eventually luck out.

Highly recommend taking a class(s)!
Great atmosphere and energy, knowledgeable, and good at guiding each person at whatever step they're at.
In a single day class I completed a Fabric storage square and a pretty elaborate tote bag lol
Left feeling super happy and proud of myself for what I accomplished! 😊

My mother and I drive from Toronto to this family-owned business. I am so grateful to have found them too. Suzie, Paige and Harold love what they do and they really care about their customers. I bought my mother the amazing Bernina 480 sewing machine from them and we are very happy. Love the store too - it is fabulous and so worth the drive! 🤩

they are soo nice on the phone and in-person and they were able to have my machine ready for my sewing class even though it was such short notice! i’m very grateful. also i found these adorable fabrics there.

I did the intensive 1 day course and it was great!!! Suzie is very nice, knowledgeable and made the day be very enjoyable. Even though I have never used the sewing machine before, I was able to come home with a nice range of techniques, and full of confidence to learn more and begin my sewing projects. I highly recommend the course and the store.

I just wanted to give a wonderful shout out to Dancing Stiches. I don’t think I’ve been anywhere that has better customer service. I needed a specific fabric and they managed to track down exactly what I needed. I have also had my very old sewing machine fixed at an amazing price. I always have the best experience when I have something I need.

I took the adult Learn to Sew class and it was a fantastic adventure. Susie is such a patient teacher who is very knowledgeable! I felt very safe asking questions and learning the basics of sewing. She taught me how to use my grandmother’s sewing machine which is very sentimental to me and I even hemmed my first set of pants the other day! If you’re looking for a safe environment to learn the basics, I can’t recommend Dancing Stiches enough!
