Complaint Regarding Overcharging and Unprofessional Behavior:

I am writing to formally bring to your attention an issue I encountered at Nofrills on 14 Mar 2025 around 6 pm at 980 Franklin Boulevard, Cambridge. During my visit, I noticed that I was overcharged due to a wrong barcode being scanned at checkout. When I pointed this out, I was met with rude behavior from the staff and manager as well. Additionally, I felt that their attitude towards me was discriminatory, which was both upsetting and unacceptable. Going to take all necessary actions.

I expect businesses to uphold ethical standards and treat all customers with fairness and respect.

I kindly request:
- Assurance that your staff will be trained to provide better customer service.
- An investigation into the discriminatory behavior I experienced.

This is not the local stores fault. I get that. Here's the issue. Collect & Save Big, is the bold type on there collect 20 stamps save 75% off cookware booklet. What a pile of horse crap. Sunday, Jan 19/25. Informed no more stamps! Program supposed to end 02/06, redeem till 02/20. Yet, they still had the giant poster proudly on the windows promoting offer. What a classic "rug pull". Won't be back. Let's see what the response is? If any at all.

Great place for groceries. Compared to Freshco.
In recent days i feel no frills have improved a lot.

This no frills store was a unique experience for me. A very large variety of items compared to other stores - the usual grocery stuff, great meat and fish section, poultry, etc. just loved it and will be back!

Overall my to go place for daily grocery and essentials. Taking off two stars as I'm little disappointed at vegetable section. I'm hoping they satrt adding some more south asian vegetables as options. Also the curd section seems pretty lame as they could have some more in stock or have some more better options. Other than that it's a good place.

Very neat with fresh foods. Staff are very helpful. The only thing I don’t like is, at the self checkout the machine always log me out for staff to come and see how many bags i used. I always go with my Pc bags. I don’t think they trust their costumers enough. I wasn’t sure until yesterday. Prices are a little higher as compare to Mississauga where we moved from. I was thinking It would rather be a little less here. Everything else is fine.

This is the Dollarama beside Gibson's No frills grocery store. They still have cashiers that can check you out, which is excellent because I don't have the the hassle of checking myself out like a lot of dollar stores. The store was well organized and clean. Friendly staff as well. Probably the best dollar store I've seen in a long time. Worth going to if you need the dollar store kinds of stuff.
