Omar arrived at the time I was given & found the reason why my double kitchen sink backed up again since Mar/24 (a plumber with a different company solved the issue but did not fix the reason to prevent it from happening again). Omar is likely much more professional if not also better skilled!

Omar was very personable, providing suggestions & answering my questions.

I’ve used Basem in the past with good results but they will be my first choice for any future plumbing issue. Their prices are also competitive. Given this experience, I will also call them for any heating issues.
