This would and should have been a 5 star rating Dr Borek is amazing, however the executive assistant Tracy has broght this rating down to where it is.

She Is the very rude and is not helpful whatsoever. I called to get a refill on some much needed medication but she passes the buck back to the pharmacy to request the refill. When trying to followup on it she tells me not the call back and refuses to do her job. I never left getting my medication filled until the last minute ,I had an appointment with Dr Borek a few weeks back and he accidentally forgot to add one of meds to the refill list for my pharmacy. Yet I was accused by her of leaving it to the last minute. Unbelievable!

Something needs to be done and I will be taking some further action pertaining to her lack of professionalism and edicate dealing with people.

The woman working the phones has a horrible attitude. She called the POLICE on my husband for calling her back too many times. He just thought the line was busy. The doctor even wrote a review himself on here that you should keep trying to call if you can't get through!! All he wanted was her name so he could make a complaint to the doctor. Of course the nice policeman told him he wasn't in any trouble. In fact, he said it was a pattern with her. What a complete waste of police resources. I don't know why this doctor keeps her employed. It shows very poor judgment on his part. Is he aware that she is abusing his patients and calling the police on people? It's just bizarre.

Do you like it when poor secretaries let you down? Do you like arriving to your appointment that you've been waiting 6 weeks for just to find they are closed? Have a question or want to reschedule, but can't leave a message or inquire about anything because their answering machine won't let you?

Then this is the perfect doctor's office for you.

Doctor is phenomenal. But whoever is looking into his appointments, bookings and communication with the public needs to be investigated. Being told by the doctor to come Monday for somthing just to find that they are closed. That's 40 min of driving and gas money... This isn't kindergarten, this stuff should be cut and dry and very easy to access and understand. Common courtesy and common sense is dead in this office. Administration staff needs to be replaced or retrained, as they are far beyond incompetent.

Complaints will be lodged with the township and all avenues, you can not waste low income families time and money and not follow through. You can not delay medication refills because you are to much of a mess to pick up the phone or open the office for scheduled appointments.

When you are complaining on these websites please be sure your facts are correct. #1 The phones are very busy in this office as well as dealing with patients already in the office. Your call could be missed please call back frequently until your call is answered, but please also listen to the answering machine message #2. Since reopening from COVID appointments may run up to an hour behind but not much more. The scheduling has changed so we don't have patients waiting in the waiting room for long. If it is longer maybe a medical issue has presented to the office that took up more time or maybe unscheduled issues or patients have SNUCK in during another family members appointment. Please be considerate of others before doing this

I just had to deal with the rudest person I have ever spoken to. Her name is Tracy.
Why any boss would let her talk that way to patients or their family members is beyond my understanding.
She should be fired!!!!
Maybe the lawyer she told me to call should be sueing her.
She is lacking both Coperatation and communication skills.

Dr. Borek is a Doctor that cares about his patients. Listening is a lost art. You are not just a number, he actually cares. Kudos to all the staff as well. They are tested by rude people everyday and they keep smiling. It will be a sad day when Dr. Borek retires, he is one of a kind.
