They have many different names for this clinic to hide the negative reviews but had some of the worst medical experiences I've ever encountered here.

I can confirm hostility and disregard by the people seeing you while the are honest and respectful at the front desk. I experienced what essentially amounts to an assault after being treated rudely by the nursing staff earlier today. I've gotten different stories between the staff here and other medical professionals who informed me they missed something critical on my first visit. Staff was friendly that visit but may have missed a severe infection that resulted in being the most sick in my life. I went to the hospital 2 days after this visit and they had no problem diagnosing what i suspected and was clear was going on.

They need staff with better bedside manner who are not so dismissive towards patients. I had to explain things multiple times which was followed by aggressive physical behavior without attempting to do the test for multiple attempts. It felt like the nurse was trying to inflict suffering while not caring about the actual test. There was even an inappropriate accusating during the aggressive behavior that felt like she was trying to induce a response but i didn't bite. Avoid this clinic at all costs!

I recently had my child in for an appointment. The receptionist was friendly and welcoming. The nurse and nurse practitioner were thorough and I was happy with the treatment options that were provided. Also, I appreciated that they directed questions to my child and allowed him to provide responses, instead of speaking over him to just get the information from me. My child has also been seen at this clinic previously and commented that "they're really nice there."

A complete waste of your time. If I could give negative stars I would. The receptionist and intake nurse were lovely but the NP Tina was dismissive, rude, and frankly medically incompetent. She seemed annoyed that I was even there in the first place and disregarded anything I said. I left being told to follow up with my Dr “for a second opinion” as if her opinion was anything useful. I don’t know how many 1 star reviews it’s going to take for this clinic to change their practice….but what’s one more.

I've used this clinic twice, most recently today (Jan 16th, 2025 at 10:30am) and both times I was treated promptly and professionally by the individual who triaged me over the phone

I believe the RN who provided my diagnosis was named Stephanie. She was professional and caring. The nurse before her who took my vitals and did my swab was also professional, quick and caring (I forget her name. She was wearing a winter/Christmas scrub top).

Thank you as always for professional, caring and quick results. You all are appreciated!

The receptionist and nurse were very kind which is why I am giving 2 stars but the nurse practitioner who saw me seemed annoyed that I was there and seemed annoyed that I didn't remember the dose to one of my medications. I haven't had such an experience before with a medical professional, in which I felt stupid for coming in with a concern. Overall, not a great experience.

There’s a so called after hour walk in clinic but they will only take you if you have a family doctor on there list. If you have no family doctor they won’t take you. So it’s not really a walk-in clinic, it was not like that before. The only other option now is a tele health clinic or er.

This nurse practitioner and staff treated me with such disregard and disrespect. When in for a sinus infection….felt like I needed a lawyer with me to make my case. She was dismissive, rude and had a really awful attitude with her questing. Made me feel like I was wasting her time. Told me I shouldn’t have come as my symptoms were over 3 weeks, Told her I couldn’t get an appointment with my doctor …what was I to do?
I left feeling upset , choking back tears as I can’t believe the way I got treated. I believe I have a right to be treated with respect . I don’t understand why people work in this field when it’s obvious they have no tolerance with working with sick patients. If the situation was in reverse, I know for sure they would not tolerate such disrespectful attitudes from their patience. They actually have a sign on the wall stating so!

If I could give zero stars, I would. As an individual working in the healthcare field, I was deeply disappointed by the treatment received by a nurse and nurse practitioner towards a patient. Such behavior should not be tolerated in any healthcare setting. Compassion and kindness should be prioritized above all else by healthcare professionals.
I contacted the clinic on a Friday morning to schedule an appointment for my son's swollen upper lip. While the clinic was able to accommodate a same-day appointment, which is a good thing this clinic is set up for, I believe that kindness and genuine care for patients should be a priority for the staff.

Unfortunately, I was 9 minutes late for our appointment. I arrived at the door about 6 minutes late, but couldn't ring the bell right away because I was attending to my 4-year-old son and an infant.

When I spoke to the receptionist or whoever the first one who answered behind the glass window, she told me I was 10 minutes late for my 11:30 appointment and that they were closing soon in10-15 mins. I was shocked and just stood there. She said she would check if we could still be seen. I was just hoping they could check on my son. When the door opened again, another staff member told me we couldn't be seen that day and would have to come back the next day. I was disappointed, but I understood since I was late.

The next day was even worse and a complete waste of time. The only kind person was the receptionist. I have no issue with the mask mandate at the clinic, but the nurse who called us in could have been more kind when telling my 4-year-old to wear his mask. When she asked my son to get weighed in , she commanded me to remove my son's shoes. I showed her that my son can remove his own shoes if asked politely.. In the examination room, the nurse was frantic when my son moved towards the sink, even though he was just looking around. I calmly asked him to sit on my lap, but the nurse seemed bothered by it.

The NP didn't make things any better. She seemed annoyed when as she started to ask questions my son needed to use the bathroom and just motioned us out without giving any directions. When we came back, she had a snarky comment, displayed a lack of empathy and understanding towards my son. appeared impatient and dismissive throughout the consultation. Furthermore, the nurse practitioner failed to provide clear instructions or guidance regarding the issue at hand.

Overall, it was a frustrating and unhelpful experience. I would recommend seeking assistance from your own family doctor rather than visiting this after-hours clinic. Go to ER if its urgent case.

To the management of this clinic, please review how your staff treats patients. This kind of treatment needs to stop as it seems like it is not the first time it happened. Changes need to be made, and it's up to you to make them happen.
